My wife has an '03 Corolla. The lock cylinders for the driver and passenger doors, as well as the trunk, were failing. I wanted everything to still be keyed the same, so I found a set (including ignition cylinder) on the Toyota parts website. After selecting a dealership to order it through (Valdosta Toyota, obviously) I called their parts department for confirmation that I had the correct set. Raymond Henderson stayed with me on the phone for quite some time, looking it up and checking the VIN to make sure I had the right set and assured me they would all be keyed correctly. Then, about a week later, the package was delivered to the dealership. Raymond personally delivered it to my house....65 miles away here in Tallahassee, Florida. PERSONALLY! I was stunned, amazed, and thoroughly impressed. If I need a service on my wife's car anytime soon, I'm taking a drive to Valdosta, because customer service like that is incredibly hard to find. Once again, Raymond drove the 65 miles to my house to bring me the parts I needed. I don't need a new car right now, but next time I do I'll be taking a ride to Valdosta Toyota. Even though I live an hour away from Valdosta, I prefer to use Valdosta Toyota instead of my local Toyota dealership's service center. I like that coffee & donuts are available ALL day. The waiting area is also very nice. You can drop in for service or make an appointment which is what I prefer. The staff are very accommodating. If you have any issues with your service (which you probably will not), just let one of them know and a solution will promptly be offered. The service personnel are very skilled. I have used Valdosta Toyota many times, so I know. I highly recommend this service department!

Valdosta Toyota went above and beyond getting the vehicles we wanted. They ordered exactly what we ask for. Emily is a great salesperson. Answering all of our many questions and showing me all the details on the new car. Finance manager was the best ,Brandon Mock. Helpful and friendly as could be. Explained all the details of financing and leasing. We chose to buy. Even told us about a great gap insurance program that we didn’t know about. We will definitely tell all our family and friends what a great experience we had with Valdosta Toyota. It means all the difference when your treated with the utmost respect.

I enjoyed coffee and a doughnut while waiting for my car to be checked out. Restrooms were clean. Waiting area was clean and chairs very comfortable. Daniel, my service advisor, was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me advised. My problem was explained. I have to wait on a part to come in to fix the noise. I got my brakes fixed, though I didn’t realize it was time, so I was thankful it was brought to my attention. It took 3 hours but at least I was comfortable while waiting.

Josh in Service is AWESOME & very professional!!! He helped me so much with my mom's car. If you need a patience, sweet, gentle worker DEFINITELY go to Josh, promise you won't be disappointed. Only problem is that it took 3-4 hours to JUST get 3 tires change which it isn't Josh fault but I understand because there was other problem getting their car serviced. Then I had to turn back around because the Bluetooth wasn't connecting anymore BUT they fixed it, did take another hour, but again that's because they had other people getting their car service. BUT this is the BEST Toyota I've been too!

Valdosta Toyota will not get my business anymore. I recommend that you go to another dealership. They tried to charge us for work that is under warranty. We have a 2021 Tundra that has just over 3000 miles that would not start. They said it seemed like it was jumpstarted backwards. First why did the truck not start ? They were too busy trying to get $367 out of us! I will be going elsewhere from now on!!!
Hey Iris, I just spoke with Terrill, the Service Manager, to learn more about the case you are describing. You did not tell the full story in your review, so I will explain more here. Your Tundra had a bad battery. When we got the truck, the first thing that we did was test the battery; it failed the test, placing it under warranty, and we consequently replaced the battery at no charge. Common problem with an easy solution. What is not common or easy, however, is everything else that was triggered. When your Tundra wouldn't crank, you rightfully called Roadside Assistance and got it towed to us. However, what appears to have happened - either by you or by the Wrecker - the battery was improperly jumped/hooked up. With the long list of electrical failures/malfunctions now present in the truck (door locks, keyless entry, push button start, etc), we have only ever seen those types of problems - and that many separate modules being randomly affected at once - because of a battery being hooked up backwards. So while replacing the failed battery was/is covered under warranty, the rest of the problems downstream from a major mistake by someone else. At no point was anyone even attempting to charge you for work under warranty. If this is still unclear, please give Terrill a call at 229-316-4162. We would be more than happy to further explain, investigate, and help fix your Tundra.

Josh and Service Department seemed to know what they were doing. Handled the service of the car and the ordering of part needed with ease. Called and recommended a couple of services that I did not know was time for. Car was completed in a timely manner. Will be back

I liked that there where no extra add on costs to my new vehicle but what they offered me for my trade was a little unfair for classifying my 1 1/2 year old vehicle as fair condition in kbb(it was in excellent shape, but did need tires) which lowers the value about 3 to 4 thousand. But I bet they will sell it as excellent condition after its cleaned and listed. But overall a good buying experience.

Went in for a bit of an emergency oil change: we’re on spring break and traveling through. We noticed an oil leak while stopped and realized the oil change that was just done a few days prior wasn’t done right. Valdosta Toyota took us in immediately and checked everything out. They found the drain plug was never tightened and then performed a new oil change. So glad they were available and helpful. They helped to save our vacation!

Excellent customer service. Staff was very friendly and smiled through the whole occasion. The waiting time wasn’t long at all. I was there for a hour, which was extremely reasonable with so many people there at the times I highly recommend!

Awesome experience. This was my first time having my Lexus serviced at Valdosta Toyota. While we were there, my Mother's Volvo XC90 had an engine coolant alert, due to the 104 degree temperatures. Terrell saved the day for us with that. Thank you, Valdosta Toyota!

Valdosta Toyota Service Department saved the day! My Mom and I were traveling home from a family vacation in Florida and upon checking into our hotel the original battery in her Prius had suddenly died. Her car had stopped working and we were right in front of the hotel and stuck for hours until we could get ahold of A1 towing (who also were amazing) and they were able to jump her car and I drove it over to Valdosta Toyota. She called them first thing when they opened the next day and they were able to quickly solve the battery issue and replace it with a new battery. Within a few short hours they had her car back on the road again, and we are so thankful for the great workers at the service department. Valdosta Toyota saved our day and we are so grateful....5 stars all day!

I have to say that we were taken care of 100 percent. My Toyota needed an AC fix. From the time I called for help, I was given an appointment. Took my car into the service area, where Joshua came up, and totally listened to the problems. We sat in a very nice waiting room, while he kept up us to date on the issues. We would leave the car overnight for repair. We took a courtesy shuttle back and forth to our hotel, with the driver Adam. We can’t thank everyone enough for the care and attention we received! If I could give it negative stars I would give it a negative 10!!!! I have NEVER in my life did business with such unprofessional and dishonest, disrespectful individuals and place of business. I bout the vehicle in February and when doing the paperwork we asked several times about making sure the extended warranty and GAP was included with the purchase and was assured that it was several times only to find out that it wasn’t and wont even provide the info to purchase it as it states within 90 days. Not only that the person that did the paperwork no longer works there and then the sales manager listed on the paperwork was actually not even there that day it was purchased but regardless legally his name is on the contract so he is responsible and should take ownership and try to rectify everything instead of being rude and disrespectful as well as hanging up on me more than once and when my legal advisor contacted him about everything he was disrespectful over talked her and hung up on her too when she was just trying to get things sorted out and attempt to get the vehicle extended warranty or them to warranty the vehicle and repair it or refund all of my money that has been paid for it or replace it but they refuse to do anything and the sales manager said he wasnt there and dont care. Well the contract has his name on it and I dont care if he was there or not he is listed as the sales manager. He makes valdosta toyota amd butler automotive group look absolutely horrible and by far the worst place ever to try to do any business with at all. I have had much better service at a small backwoods buy here pay here on a vehicle that I only paid $4500 cash for than the $32000 i spent with valdosta toyota and butler automotive group and that’s beyond pathetic and unacceptable in everyway possible. Do NOT waste your time, money or anything else with this dealership you will save yourself a lot of aggravation and hassle. Michael Cabral you definitely need to learn how to show respect and to be a manager you sure need to learn how to take responsibility for what your sales team does or doesnt do when you should.
Hey Randi-Jo/Carolyn/Kyle, we hate to hear that we've been unable to reach a mutual understanding. While some of the surrounding details you provided are true (the Finance Manager no longer working here, there being multiple Sales Managers that worked your deal, though neither matters), our conclusion is much different. I can not attest to exactly what the Finance Manager told you about warranty coverage over 3 months ago. However, what I can confirm is that you were presented with coverage options, and you both signed the document acknowledging that you had accepted GAP coverage but declined all other coverages. I have this legally binding document sitting in front of me right now, and all signatures are present. So despite any verbal misunderstandings, the paperwork documents what actually occurred in the transaction. The Finance Managers get paid off of selling you additional coverage, so I am extremely confident that you were offered these coverages and that he *wanted* to sell you that additional coverage. But again, that Final Acceptance and Declination document confirms that you were fully aware of your decision to decline that additional coverage. But my guess is that you confused the Finance Manager's description of our standard Blue Chip Warranty (which is a 2-month coverage on only major mechanical failure, as detailed in that coverage's description) for statements about an extended warranty. I also then suspect that your perception of being handled unprofessionally is primarily because you weren't getting the answers that you wanted, not that you weren't being provided with the answers. I spoke to the Sales Manager and General Sales Manager (his boss), and both confirmed that this information was accurate and had already been conveyed to you. The only phone call our automated system has recorded from you is your initial inquiry into the vehicle (before purchasing it), so unfortunately, I once again can not confirm or deny whether or not there was any disrespect or unprofessionalism. With that said, if there was, I do apologize for that. My hope is that you were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism, especially at the beginning of this investigation, but I also can understand some mounting frustration with our message being continually conveyed but not received. With the facts of the case so clear, aggressively calling and leaving reviews is not the best way to attempt to garner any good will. But even if that was different, we can not retroactively (3 months later) apply an extended warranty to a vehicle that I am guessing has incurred some damage that you are now attempting to repair. I am sorry, but that is not remotely possible. So if you would like to discuss the details of your deal and your options moving forward, I recommend that you come see us in person. Our Managers are available to meet any time.

Came in for battery and oil change, CSA was ok. Although, I was told my vehicle was ready and they would pull it around in a moment, then I noticed the tech hadn't pull oil in my vehicle yet. It took another 30-40 minutes before they were actually done.

Tire inflation warning logo was on in my Lexus RC350. They checked it out and quoted the price. But the part was not in stock. I got the windshield wipers changed and proceeded with my trip - with the assurance that the tire inflation is ok, only the sensor was not working and requires replacement.

This dealership is extremely friendly! We punctured our gas tank 😳 on the highway and they were able to get us in and fixed within 3 days! (We were on vacation, so although this slowed us down, we were not stopped!!) I mean, who has a 2018 Rav4 gas tank just hanging around. They work closely with the rental car place, took us there, and will facilitate car back to Enterprise! The Collision Center Manager even met us on his day off for us to pick up our car! Who does that!?

I initiated my relationship with Valdosta Toyota online to purchase a 2017 Tundra. I completed the purchase in person at the dealership. My sales rep Adam, the F&I manager, along with the management staff made this purchase easy, quick and painless. Every person involved with the buying process was courteous, friendly and professional. I was treated with the respect of a valued customer. I was nervous about buying a vehicle online. Adam offered to have the truck delivered since I live and work an hour away. I wanted to drive the vehicle and see it for myself beyond the pictures from the website. I decided to go to the dealership to drive the truck and finalize the paperwork. I am writing this review the day after the purchase. Sure, I the excitement is there, but somethings will not change with time. At the end of the day I was treated as a valued customer. Stop by and consider Valdosta Toyota before you buy anywhere else.

Thank goodness for Valdosta Toyota. I am a first time new car and Toyota buyer. After a month of trying, I just couldn't seem to get the Corolla hatchback that I wanted. I gave up, but decided that I had better get an out the door price from Valdosta for comparison incase I tried this again (I assumed that buying outside of FL would be more expensive). Their online sales team gave me a price $1000 lower than my previous best offer despite valuing my trade in $500 less, and insisting that I get the all weather mats and clear coating, and saying the extra two years of service were free. Being able to cancel 5 years of AAA saves me another $500. Total savings of at least $1600 and I got what I wanted. In my book, they deserve all their awards. I will start with them next time.

I had front end wheel bearing issues nearly half way into a 550 mile trip. Josh Tuck and the Valdosta Toyota service team were extremely hospitable and accommodating as best they could be for a Saturday afternoon. I had to spend the weekend in town. Went in Thursday 6/21 at 2pm for a 2:15 appt, was not taken in for service until 2:32pm. Came in for oil change and tire rotation but was told I was five thousand miles to early for an oil change. Technian found a nail in my tire and brought it to my attention. Stress to Josh(asst service manager) that I was going out of town, Requested tire repair of nail, and tire rotation. Paid for services. And left. Got to Clearwater, Fl and had to go Toyota over the weekend due to tire sensor. Found out Valdosta Toyota never repaired nor rotated tires due to nail still in same place as point out at Valdosta Toyota location. Spoke with Valdosta Service manager, Terrill Head to explained to him everything you just previously read. His response was "Well me and my wife like having a little extra money to spend on Fridays at the end of the week. How about you let me make it up to you by giving you a credit from both Toyota visits (from Valdosta & Clearwater) and you can put that credit on your new tire order with us. I'll even match with 10% lower tire competitor price". I told him.....I honestly don't trust him with my vehicle, after they put my family at risk for a blowout. I am sharing this experience due to that fact I felt treated more like a new sale than I customer. Great customer service will bring you more sales.
Hey AJ, we hate hearing that you had a negative experience with our dealership. This morning I spoke with Terrill, the Service Manager (as you know), and he filled me in with our side of the story. First off, we made a mistake, and for that, we are sorry. There was a communication error regarding your tires somewhere along the line, whether between the Service Advisor and Service Technician or between the Service Advisor and you. The message that was communicated was that your tires were worn down and needed replacing, but the nail damage was not resolved. While we pride ourselves on providing efficient and effective service with open and informative communication, we are human, and unfortunately, mistakes are occasionally made. We are very glad to know that this mistake did not result in irreparable damage to your vehicle or your family. When errors do occur, our policy and mentality is that we don't make excuses, we just try to make it right; the best we can do is simply own up to any mistakes and try to rectify any wrongs. This is exactly what was transpiring in your conversation with Terrill. You were absolutely right to make us aware of the error and justified in voicing any frustration. Terrill consequentially apologized for the past mistake, but given that there was nothing he could do about the past other than genuinely apologize, he then shifted to how we could attempt to make amends. The best way that we see to do that is by saving you as much money as possible in light of the fact that you needed new tires not only from the nail, but from the original analysis of our original multi-point inspection. So in an attempt to make up for a mistake, he offered you the lowest price you could ever hope to find (and more) to get the necessary repairs completed. This was not treating you as if you were a "new sale"... quite the opposite. Terrill and our entire staff were very disappointed that we let you - and ourselves - down by not adhering to our standard of service, so we wanted to make it up to you in the realest way possible. Money, on top of genuine apology, talks. If the initial error completely lost your trust in our Service Department, we regrettably understand. With that said, we also hope that you understand that you misinterpreted our efforts to right our wrongs. We hope to be given a chance to better serve you in the future.

Not satisfied with the service that was provided on brakes and alignment. Was told my alignment was fine and brakes were in good condition. I went to get a second opinion because I did not trust the service based on my experience and other friends. An auto shop showed me that my brake pads were worn out to barely existing which Toyota stated it was in great shape and all is required was some oiling that would cost me approximately $116. I'm not a mechanic but I oiling won't solve the issue. My tie rods need to be replace which will cause an alignment issue. Toyota failed to tell me the first time I ask about my tie rods. This was my experience and choose your own if you would like service from there, but I recommend trying someone else.

I was grateful they were able to take us on a Saturday afternoon and the manager was very kind and helpful. The techs figured out the problem pretty quickly and were able to make a temporary repair to keep me going on the road. This was a huge help to us. I felt a little bit gouged by the charges. The part they used cost $4 but charged me $20 for it, they bought 2 gallons of antifreeze and charge me double for that, $40 per gallon. The labor charge seemed reasonable for they spent 45 minutes working on it. The $17 shop charge seemed to be over the top for me. Total charge $204 to install a tube with two clamps. It cost me much less to buy the two actual replacement parts and installation with mechanic. If I was a dealership on the highway, and had the ability to help somebody get along, I would not treat it as the regular every day opportunity make profits but maybe have a little bit of goodwill.

He understands that buying a car is a big decision and respects the customer. I have to give 4 stars for being the least efficient car dealership in town! I got a recommendation from a friend to call Ricky Stokes at this dealership- (he’s the GM there so they say)… I called twice to see if he could help me turn in my leased car.- never heard a word from this fictitious person. So, I took it upon myself to personally try to deal in my own home town AGAIN. Mark (a salesman in every sense of the word) was happy to help. We found a vehicle I liked and agreed upon a ballpark price, if I was willing to put down a $500 binder (good faith) So, I did, only to get home and ponder the situation and deciding to back out… I texted and called Mark who was obviously disappointed. He spoke to his MGR(?) who said I should be getting my $500 in the mail by the next week. Well…. that was over 2 months ago! Since then, I have been to Thomasville Toyota(where I leased my last car), spent a couple of hours there, bought a car, it came fresh off a boat within 15 days(like they said), it was detailed, filled with gas and delivered to my door with a smile! And… you guessed it- The jokers(including Ricky Stokes who has yet to return my calls) at Valdosta Toyota still have my check! I do have civil plans for them.

I understand that you were frustrated with the timeline of the return of your deposit check, but the check in the mail was returned to sender, delaying the process considerably as it made its way around and back through the system. So even though Mark was doing what needed to be done administratively and logistically, it is not an immediate process to get check requests submitted, approved, mailed, and received. I was driving through Valdosta from st Pete fl to our new house in Knoxville, around 9:00pm on 75 north just outside Valdosta my tacoma was overheating, pulled over and the radiator blew. I was towed to Valdosta Toyota on Saturday night, Monday morning they had my truck in the shop looking at it and by Tuesday morning it was done. We were traveling through Georgia on 5/10/22 when we hit a piece of tire on the roadway that could not be avoided. We immediately took our Camry into them seeking assistance with our undercarriage shield that was torn loose. They began working immediately on our auto assuring us they would get back on the road soon. We were welcomed into their waiting room and got us back on the road in under an hour. They tricked us and sold us a car with a temporary tag and a month later this letter was sent to us. Now we have to pay another $500 to get a tag that was supposed to be included in the sales price. Fraudulent leadership. There was no misunderstanding. Sales person said the tag was included and I should receive it in the mail within a month. Please keep pushing my buttons and I will post all texts so that everyone can see how this specific salesperson reflects the values of this dealership.
Edit: Sir/Ma'am, please read the letter you attached more closely, and you will see that it proves the exact point I am making. Tag, tax, and title are three separate costs and processes. We pay/handle tax and title, you pay/handle tag. This is always the case. You were told that you would receive that letter in the mail, letting you know that the tax and title work had cleared, allowing you to go get (and pay for) your tag. And that's exactly what happened, as evidence by the picture of the letter you posted. It is then up to you to go get or transfer your tag at your local tag office. Standard procedure. We won't be replying any further, but again, we would be happy to clarify anything else if you'd like to give us a call. Thanks. Without knowing your name or specific information, we can’t call you to further clarify this misunderstanding, so I will explain here why you are mistaken. With a $500 tag fee, you must be out of state (probably Florida). We do not pay tag fees out of state. Tax and title are included in the sales price, not tag. This has always been the case, and no one would have told you differently. So unfortunately, you must have misheard or misunderstood your paperwork. Bought my car from another dealer about 2ish months ago. Noticed last week that my driver's side window weather strip was ripped and messed up. I'm guessing it was probably already that way when I bought it but was temporarily fixed for a sale. Anyways, called Valdosta Toyota this morning for a quote on the part and labor. I spoke to Josh Royals who told me his techs would look at it and he could give me an accurate price. I went in, was given a fair deal, and it was quickly fixed within an hour. Imagine buying a $58,000 vehicle. Then needing maintenance on it a week later. They are good at apologizing for inconveniencing you. But they will still inconvenience you with their 2 hour maintenance wait time. They don’t even disclose the wait time when you schedule the appointment. Hey Chris, we hate to hear that you had a negative experience with our Service Department. I spoke with Terrill, the Service Manager, and Josh, your Service Advisor, to learn more. Though apologies are apparently worthless in your book, we would nonetheless would like to acknowledge and apologize for one error in particular: when you called to schedule an appointment, the representative should have advised against scheduling an appointment for our busiest time during the week (early Saturday morning). Assuming that you shared with her that you were not willing to wait for more than 45-60 minutes (our typical service time that she communicated), she should have known that this was not a realistic timeline for our most chaotic time of the week. So if you were clear with her and she did not make that adjustment, that is our fault, and we do apologize. With that said, your response was and is still unfairly extreme. As soon as you arrived, you were informed that the morning was slammed and off to a slow start, so it would likely take ~2 hours – instead of ~1 hour – to ensure that nothing was wrong with your vehicle. You apparently had a very negative reaction and immediately left to go leave this review. While this minor inconvenience is certainly not ideal (for any of us), it was solvable (via loaner car or shuttle during the wait), and the 1 hour difference does not quite justify the harshness of your review here. Regarding the vehicle itself, as Josh explained, we performed an inspection and maintenance on that vehicle on 4/27/22, so the odds are very low that the dashboard light that triggered your return visit was accurately communicating an error. What is more likely is that the technician simply failed to reset the alert system during that most recent maintenance. However, since you immediately left, we were unable to confirm whether or not that was the case, nor were we able to right any wrongs (if there were any that were missed from that very recent inspection/maintenance). All of this was available via a civil discussion and yes, a little bit more of your time, but going to Google and staying upset was your choice instead. Even still, if you would like for us to diagnose your vehicle, we'll gladly continue to work with you. Or, if you'd like to speak to our Service Manager to discuss it further, please give Terrill a call at 229-316-4141.

Fast friendly service BUT...from North Carina visiting friend in Ga and service light came on...Valdosta Toyota said tire rotation was issue...I was available, so I walked in. Not there long, super friendly lady at service desk assisted me and deserved 5 stars BUT...MIDDLE CONSOLE HAD BEEN GONE THROUGH. PAIR OF SUNGLASSES DISAPPEARED. TIRE PRESSURE SET TO 38, WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SET AT 32 PER MANUAL...Not happy Not happy about that.

My service representative is usually Josh and he is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Never any pressure to perform services that are not needed. They take care of the issue I'm having quickly and get me out the door.

This was my first visit to Valdosta Toyota a service department and wow, they did not disappoint!!! I purchased a new RAV4 there and wanted to have it maintained at the dealership. My appointment was at 3:30pm, I arrived about 10 minutes early and was greeted by Roy one of the service advisors. I barely had time to drink a small cup of coffee and eat a donut in their lounge area when Roy stepped in and said they had my vehicle ready!!! Oil changed and tires rotated in 20 minutes!!! The service department is really worst I have ever seen. I went there first time and they told me that, they don't have Loaner car after asking me that "did you buy from us?" So they will give you loaner car only if you bought car from them. 2. After getting my first service, they did wheel rotation. And after leaving service department, low tire pressure warning pop up, so they rotate tire but they did not put air in it even. so I have to wait for another 10 minutes after whole hectic day. 3. I realized they put wrong mileage on record of service. I have 3972 miles and they put 6172 miles on receipt, online everywhere. I called them to fix it and they told me that I need to go there. So now I have to drive 3rd time for 7 miles each way to just do one service of my vehicle. After getting done with my free service, I don't think so I am going to drive over there again in my whole life.

Daniel assured us they would take care of it - and they did. You likely misheard or misunderstood what was being said about the 100k miles; that often has to do with extensive warranty coverages, not a reliable estimate of a tire's life. Valdosta Toyota decided that I needed an entire new motor after a quick assessment. They were quick to sell me a $8,000 used motor, plus labor cost. I got a call shortly after from one of the technicians who offered to buy my vehicle for $600. There is absolutely no way it needs a new motor, and is very coincidental that the tech that deemed it undriveable wants to purchase it for so cheap. Poor service and they take advantage of anyone.
Hey Belynda, we hate to hear that you had a negative experience with our Service Department. I just went and spoke to the Service Manager and Technician that worked on your vehicle to learn more and inform this public response since you chose to post this publicly. Two separate issues here: the motor itself and the call. The former was/is appropriate and justified while the latter was/is inappropriate and unjustified. Without going into the details (feel free to call us if you want a more thorough and technical explanation of this mechanical issue), the Technician diagnosed compression failure in multiple cylinders of your engine, which is why you were quoted for a replacement. We stand by this diagnosis and recommendation. What happen after that, however, shouldn't have happen. For clarification, the Technician that called you was not the Technician that worked on your vehicle. He is a skilled Technician that heard about it and saw an opportunity to buy/fix it himself, but calling you with that offer clearly crosses a line. There is no "coincidence" or conspiracy, but there was poor judgement on the part of the Technician that called you. We apologize and are handling it internally. Bought my Toyota 2017 in because Kendall called and stated it needed to be checked because of something with the battery. She stated it wasn't exactly a recall, but I needed to have it checked. I made an appointment for Saturday, November 20th. Kendall asked me were there anything else that was needed. I told her my tire indicator was on so I needed my tires checked. At checkout I had a bill for 22.00 for a tire rotation. I tried to explain to the checkout guy I did not need a tire rotation only needed a check on a tire that was showing on the indicator. The service department representative, Roy was horrible. The part for our $2K+ repair was on order for over a month. Had to call/text him repeatedly to get an update otherwise he wouldn't call back "let me check on that"...crickets. He even told my son he used to be the sales manager...hmm wonder what happened there. I just quit contacting him altogether. Instead, I called the parts department directly; these folks were surprisingly helpful...my part came in a couple of days later. After a long expensive repair, most dealerships would at least clean the outside -not here- dirty inside and out. I like Toyota's, and I'm sure there are plenty of good folks working here, but this guy doesn't need to be working in customer service. Was thinking of buying a Toyota for my kid, but after the experience I'll never come back here.

Having a high end car can be nice, but the issue for us was the 2.5 hour drive to Jacksonville. We were pleased to find a great deal on a Certified Pre-owned Toyota 4Runner. Our sales person, Niko was pleasant to deal with. The sales manager and finance manager were eager to make sure our deal was fair and easy. We found some small issues, but the service department has fixed everything and all is well with our 4Runner. This is my first Toyota and hopefully not my last.

This Toyota dealership is really great, especially their service department. My car broke down on the highway because of bad gasoline. I called and was told to tow the car to the dealership. One of the staff members was named Joshua. He was not only very polite but also very efficient. I recently purchased a newer Tacoma out of state that required a recall on the fuel pump. I arrived on a Monday to check the stock or timeframe on the part and what to expect during the process. The gentleman was very knowledgeable about timeframe, installation time, and what to expect post installation. He advised me that after the procedure I would smell gas in the cabin. He explained that its from having to drop the fuel tank and open the door a few times. He didn’t want me to think it was spilled and they were trying to cover up an accident. It took around 3 hours all said and done. Every so often they would go check on progress and update me. Even though the wait was long, I liked being updated so I knew how to plan upcoming events that day. When completion was within 30 minutes a young woman check two or three times; “15 more minutes”, “finishing it up, maybe 5 or so minutes”, “pulling it out as we speak.” While it was in the back they also replaced a gasket on the back cab light that was a known issue on a lot of Tacomas. I never mentioned this to them, they replaced it to help prevent a failure in the future. This was what I consider going above and beyond and why I chose to give them 5 stars. I recommend going and seeing for yourself.
