My father is banking with synovus for years to so we decided to go with synovus, l had a fraudulent charge , trying to buy a used vehicle truck to be pacfic. From eBay . We did buy the cards for the truck from eBay, that we did. To get the vehicle,in doing so we got rip off, if l may used the expression.nither one would help to resolve this matter. We tried to get in touch with eBay,no luck,then we tried to get our bank to help us , but because of y authorization,it relieved snovvus,., Of their obligation,so be it . I pay my obligations & we paid the price & under stand your policy, but we did not get good credit by being foolish with our family funds, just wanted you to know that. We will soon be closing our accounts and moving them to bank that believe in their customer. Have a good day and thanks for your time.. R
