Very good bank good people an service I been with them for about 15 plus years an love it there

Might be a great bank but mortgage side needs a total makeover. Reconsider using them for lending purposes.. they seem to have no clue on requirements and time frames to closing. We are still struggling after over 2 months of being under contract to get a closing date. I don't want to speak for the whole bank but this experience with them has been a total joke.

Unlike Gary G, who has had an apparently good experience with Alatrust, I cannot say the same. Downright scum of the earth, they failed to notify me with multiple loan changes and charges. Double charged me with loan payments that we're already paid and proven were paid. They are money greedy and will hit you with constantly changing payments that make no sense, on time or not. You could not pay me a $1000 to recommend anyone to take their business to this bank. They were not accommodating at all when I tried to make payments out of state while working. If I could give a lower rating, I would. Hell, Wells Fargo has better customer service than these moronic swine. That's my experience, may not apply to everyone, but heed my warning.

the ladies at alatrust c u are the most gracious ladies that have ever had to wait on me. They never seem to mind putting up with my numerous request and/Or questions.The managers,3 since I've been banking here in Jasper, have been most delightful and knowledgeable. I truly enjoy coming there every time I'm able to. They have the best assortment of candy, except for grocery stores; snickers, almond joy, butterfinger, baby ruth, etc. Their interest rates are above board too.

Their customer service is phenomenal. Always welcomed when entering the building. They always go over and beyond to help take care of my needs

I worked in banking for 3 decades, for a number of banks. I retired a few years ago and didn't feel a pull to leave my banking business with my employer. And honestly, didn't feel like moving it to any of my previous employers. After some looking about I landed with First Educators, now AlaTrust - and I can't say loudly enough how much I love my bank. It's a great feeling. I highly recommend you give them a try.

I've been with Ala Trust even before they changed over to Ala Trust. The ladies are always kind and friendly. What I like even more is when I come in or use the drive thru it's like dealing with friends they know me the second they see me. I remember when the storms/tornado came through a few years ago systems were down everywhere but you could go in and they would fill out a paper and they gave you money and deducted it once the systems were up and running. So I'm very happy with my credit union. I can only speak to the branch I use that's in jasper al.

I have been with Alatrust Credit Union long before they became ACU and the treatment has been the same. They have worked with me through hard times and treated me well. I have nothing negative to say about them and would recommend them 5 stars. ... from the Birmingham branches.

Ala Trust Credit Union is the most trusted and reliable banking institution I've dealt with, no troubles ever.

The tellers and loan officers are fantastic and friendly I'm always pleased with their service.
