THE WORST BANK EVER!!!! We started there many years ago because of their first rate customer service. They have gone down in every aspect. The manager is not helpful. Had to leave after 20 + years

After banking with national banks for the last ten years I found the level of service at this Synovus location to be outstanding. Very personable customer service and was introduced to the branch manager when opening my accounts with them. They reminded me very much of a small credit union that I had some loans with many years ago. Very friendly and eager to help with my banking needs.
