Great San Diego mortgage lending company that gives back to our local military Veterans! They help guide me through the process of becoming a first time homeowner and were very respectful of all the questions I had. Made the process very easy, would recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage lender to buy or refinance their home. What I really loved about this company is a portion of my home loan went to a non-profit of my choice that helps Veterans mental health issues.

My wife and I just bought our first home and Kaitlin Sten was so helpful in making it happen. From getting us preapproved so we knew exactly what we could afford to navigating us through the loan underwriting process, Kaitlin was pivotal in making the whole process seamless. We highly recommend her.

I just bought my first home and Kait was with me every step of the way! Actually, she was there literally from the very beginning when I asked her, "Hey...how do you buy a house?" and we went over my life/financial situation to see if now was a good time to look into buying. She was so patient and really took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel like I was a nutcase. When we finally did close I felt so excited- she and her team kept the entire process from feeling too overwhelming. Everyone was so helpful-especially when Kait was on vacation shortly before closing, the whole team stepped in and helped me out. Plus Kait took the time to get to know my real estate agent so I truly felt like we were all a team working to get me into the home of my dreams. She even went the extra mile to help find me a loan that worked for my needs/budget AND help me feel prepared for my first adventure in home ownership.

From the moment I met her, I liked her, we spent about 6 months getting things done, and she did get things done, answering my never ending questions and what if's, her reassurance, guidance and friendship aided us in reaching my goal of home ownership.
