Going through the mortgage process with Dereck was the easiest, stress free experience ever. We were on very tight schedule, and Dereck guided us, helped at each step. We were able to file all documents on line, and check the progress of the applications. On top of it we got fantastic rate, which my own bank could not match!

We worked with Doug Carling from Synergy doing a refi. He was so accommodating and easy to work with. He was also very patient with us as we learned how to navigate many online platforms that we were unfamiliar with. I would highly recommend Doug and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future!

It was an amazingly simple process to refinance my mortgage thru Synergy. Dereck Bowlen always kept me updated on every step in order to close on time.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and efficiency of Dereck and him team with Synergy Mortgage. From the early inception of establishing the loan application to the final product of loan completion. With the current real estate market, it is not unusual to submit offers on multiple properties until that "one" is finally accepted. Dereck made sure that our pre-approval was quickly available and tailored to the needs of that particular property. Once we were in the escrow process, Dereck was quick to move forward, making sure that final loan requirements were handled with such timeliness that loan papers were ready for signing in record time. My first choice for future real estate mortgages will be Synergy Mortgage, without a doubt.

I would never recommend this mortgage company! I was on the other side of things, I accept an offer with a preapproval from this company. We had a 7 week escrow!!!! The loan officer told her clients they were good to go for a down payment assistant program, 9 days before original escrow date they were informed they weren’t eligible for the program. I ended up having to give them $5k in credit towards closing to help them! I was told we were good to go on the original close date.. nope 2 days before closing we got an email that it was pushed to the beginning of the following week... and then nope that didn’t happened! We got told the end of the week.. that also didn’t happened! It finally closed the following mid week!!! A week in a half after the original loan date making it a 7 week escrow!! This all happened because their loan officer dropped the ball 100% of this loan!!!! I wouldn’t recommend accepting an offer from them nor would I recommend using them personally after this experience!

The process was explained concisely and sensibly, and any questions I have had were answered quickly and in a professional and friendly way.
