The company has continued to call and hangs up when we tell them the Dr. is in with patients. The Dr. is always in with patients. We cannot even get through explaining the best way to reach him before they hang up. Then they call again and again. The same thing over and over. It is the same gentleman who keeps calling us. When you call back to try and reach the company you get a grainy message and a full voicemail. I do not recommend doing business with this company. They clearly do not even care if they reach the Dr. Harassing calls and disrespectful sales practices are enough to warn you the company needs you more than you need them.

We receive at least 15 phone calls per day from this company. Based on them continuing to harass us after requesting removal from their list, I would NEVER do business with them. After asking to be removed, the employees continue to call even more. Reporting them to the federal trade commission.

Harassing, non-stop phone calls. They call (not exaggerating) at least a dozen times a day, every day for the past 3 weeks. Always wanting to speak with the "owner" and when they do, they just talk right over you. These old-school used car dealer sales tactics are obnoxious, and clearly text book "call 100 people in an hour, you only need one to say YES" type acquisitions. Wouldn't do business with these people if they paid me, and that's exactly what they're trying to do.

I have been called 13 plus times a day. I’m not a business owner nor is my name Karen which I have EXPLAINED over and over. I’ve asked you nicely to take me off your list and you haven’t. Mysteriously when I try to call the number back to speak to management it says it’s out of service. I will be contacting a lawyer to see what my options are. If I don’t have a business or don’t do business with them and they call this much just imagine if you do business with them how much they will call you!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

I am polite to every telemarketer who calls, including Synergy. However, I get multiple calls and have for well over a year. I've asked to be taken off their list but to no avail. I too would like to be a part of a class action suit The poor telemarketers are convinced that calling "vetted" names on a list can help them make commissions. This is why I believe I'm never taken off the list. New telemarketers constantly, same list.

This agency would call me every single day even after I told them I am not interested. They even call in the evenings. They have to get reported to the BBB. These loan agencies are not regulated by the government so they think they can run business owners credit without their approval. I told them that I am overleveraged and they still call for what. I told them I m not interested in a consolidation and they still call. They are worse than telemarketers.

They call over and over again. You ask to be put on do not call list and they still call. You all them back and they start threating you and talking trash about your mother. This place is a scam.

I have requested multiple times not to contact me. Company is a bottom dwelling D class lender.

So they repeatedly call our business line. The first time they called, I was very polite and informed them we are not interested. Asked to be removed from their call list and they just hung up. Called again 20 min later. This time he just hung up when i answered. So i called them, and asked to be removed, he hung up on me again. Figured it was done. 15 minutes later another call, but the second i answered he hung up... Get a real job dude and stop f***ing harassing people.....

Not to be cliche, but I'm only giving them one star because I have to in order to leave a review. All the reviews you are reading here are true. They call the main phone line for our business numerous times a day and if you don't direct them to who they want to speak to, they will just hang up on you. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I don't know why anyone would instruct their employees to behave in such a way. Is this even a legitimate business? If they don't treat people they want as their clientele with respect, it makes me think they are just trying to scam gullible people looking for money to support their small business. Absolutely reprehensible. That said, someone mentioned that the front desk lady was very nice and helpful about getting them on a no-call list. This is very true. So, this one star is for you, front desk lady!

I don't normally negatively review businesses, but man they are relentless. I ask them to take me and our business off the list and I get call after call. They are also super rude, super pushy, and hang up on you no problem. What kind of grown adult acts like that? Anyways, with how much pressure there is I would never use their business, I would not feel comfortable doing so. Please take us off your list!

I spoke with one of Synergy's saleswomen, Joe. After repeated harassing calls to our company, I informed him I would be filling a formal complaint with the FCC if they tried contacting us again. I would never use this company if it was the last place on earth.

I'm almost 100% sure the only positive ratings on this page have been paid for. This company is UNRELENTING in their phone calls, no matter whether you're on the federal do not call list, have specifically asked them to be taken off of the call list, or have threatened them with legal action. How they have operated as a business for more than one day is beyond me. Their employees are rude, garbage dwelling trash people. I wish the entire company nothing but failure and hope to see lawsuits brought against them for their consistent harassment. -5 out of 100 stars.

I have asked several different representatives that have called my business letting them know that we are not interested, and to please remove us from their call list. Each time I am "assured" that our number will be removed. They call back an hour later, with a different representative and sometimes a different number. I have left a review on the BBB as well. If customers have had an excellent experience with them, I am happy for them, truly. However, my company does not want or need their services. They waste my time by continuing to call, when I could be helping my customers. The next time I receive a call, I will be going to my local justice system and filing harassment charges against them.

Annoying caller, told repeatedly to quit calling my company. Still calls back wants to argue with me constantly because we don't want his service. Lies says he spoke with the owner the previous week and told to call back... Doesn't even know either of the owner's names and I called him out on it. Good luck getting business with that attitude, let alone calling clearly everyone repeatedly and still not getting anyone's business.

They call over and over again. 10x a day. Even though you tell them you don’t have a business and to put you on do not call list. I am not a competitor like the loser below states about other reviews. Even if I had my business up and running I would never do business with them. They don’t listen or care about what you tell them.

they have been calling me for over a year asking for a person that I do not know. I block the number each time and they everyday. i have hundreds of numbers blocked because of them.

The sales person called, I told him of what I saw here in Google, he blamed it on people who were denied money. Then when I asked him to remove me from his list, he said he would not because I wasted his time. After I pointed out that I can request to be on the do not call list at any time and his response was illegal and threatened to contact the FCC, he claimed that I would not hear from his company again. Not that I believe him. Update: They called again, a week later (5/18/21), and I read the guy my review.

They literally harass you daily. 3 times a day. they change their phone numbers constantly and we have to deal with their harassment and poor listening skills. no one wants to deal with a place they do not like or feel harassed. we have asked NOT TO BE CONTACTED but they still call daily. They use different phone numbers and continue to call. please stop the harassment and we will NEVER ever work with you, not today, not tomorrow not ever.

First of all I want to start of by saying best company to work for!!!!! Second, half the people that write these reviews are our competitors writing bad reviews to make us look bad!! I’ve been with this company for 7 years now and we fund businesses on a regular basis and change everyone’s aspects of us once they hear us out, once they give us the opportunity to show them what we’re capable of doing for them they become appreciative of us because we do the right thing for our clients!!!!! We love what we do because we build businesses to their maximum potential !!!!

These people call my business upwards of 10 times a day trying to "give" me working capital. I've told them plenty of times I am not looking for working capital and if I was I wouldn't do business with them because there employees sound like high school kids inviting me to a party. They still call everyday so stay far away because they must not have many clients.

absolute fake company, they call you from India 10 to 15 times per day from different phone numbers, after you ask to be put on their do not call list, they tell you no and they will keep calling you no matter what. do not get caught in this scam

They have called our business daily, MULTIPLE calls per day for weeks now. They ask for the owner and hang up when told NO. WHY DO YOU CONTINUE TO CALL???? They apparently get paid to HARASS businesses. I called their main number and politely asked to be removed from their calling list. That lady was very sweet, so I hope she can actually remove our number. Only time will tell. In the meantime, they will get hung up on or put on perpetual hold the next time they call....

If they are looking for business, being rude and hanging up on people is not the way to go. When I asked where he was calling from after “Ritchie” acted like he was just taking to an employee that passed away 2+ years ago, he said New York. I asked what company and he hung up. Then we received another call and hour and a half later that hung up when we answered.

We run a very legitimate business here in the Spokane area and this company has called us upwards of 15+ times in one day. They continue to call over and over and over as we have asked to be Put on the do not call list they continue to call and harass us. very unprofessional company I advise no one to do business with a company like this.
