*update* The GM reached out and seemed like a genuinely nice person. Apologized for the experience and is trying to make it right. We will see how things go on our mext visit but i upgraded them to 3 stars. Original review: Ugh. Where to begin. Just avoid this place. Managers don't care to fix anything, the service department is beyond disorganized. Misogyny everywhere. Especially if you are a woman by herself they will treat you like trash. We went there a couple years ago and everything was fine. It took multiple visits to get a recall done when we complained we didn't even get an apology. Despite all the issues not only did we not get an apology we ended up having to pay $89 for an oil change?!

I brought the car I bought from them in to have the sunroof they owed me installed. While I'm happy with the sunroof. I'm not happy about the unexplained 56 miles that were driven in my brand new car and the missing gas. I will definitely service my Toyota elsewhere.

Khing and team are great! I know my truck is in good hands when I leave it with them. Sure, the wait can be a bit long sometimes, but Khing is always up front about the wait time and usually spot on with it. Everywhere is at least a bit understaffed right now, and the staff that are there are working as hard and as fast as they can to get everyone taken care of.

Tried to overcharge me and apologized when I called them out on the bill. Charged me over $500 and did nothing to address the problem. Totally worthless and not only will I never return to the establishment for any services, I will advise others to take their business elsewhere.

Been going here for years. High quality service for a reasonable price. Lost a couple of stars because you need to be... patient. Today (a Wednesday), with an appointment, it took more than 2.5 hours for a run-of-the-mill oil change (and they see no problem with that timeline).

Service staff were extremely pleasant and enthusiastic, very friendly and knowledgeable. Reasonable service time for routine maintenance.

I'm so grateful for the team at Sickward Toyota! My Highlander was making a clicking sound on a drive from Portland OR to Vancouver BC and I stopped here to get it checked out. Even though I didn't have an appointment and it was towards the end of the day they were able to check it out, quickly fix it (my tire was loose from a tire change), and sent us safely on our way for free. I am really glad we stopped and appreciate their help, especially from Matt! :)

Definitely my favorite dealership. I always bring my truck here because I know I'm going to get honest work that's done right. The service team is communicative and pleasant to deal.with.

Worst dealership that I have been in years. I was looking for a new 4Runner. I had never driven 1 before. We seen that they had some used ones. I figured we could test drive 1 of them. Boy were we wrong. The sales lady that greeted us was a typical car sales person. Nice and friendly. That lasted all about 5 minutes. I have been doing research on the 4 Runners. Poor MPG but they seem to last and great resale value. So we knew that we were most likely not going to get a good deal. I figured we would test drive and go from there. Well they had a brand new one in the showroom floor. Grey and a lower end version. Not many features. I started asking about getting 1 with the features that I wanted. I was told a couple months to 4+ months. Like I said before. I have been doing some research on them. Most Toyota Dealers said 1 - 2 months on common trim packages. The Pro is roughly 5+ months. Not a big deal really. So I asked if I could test drive 1 of the used ones again. The salesperson then promptly started asking about trade in and the money that I would be working with and when I would be buying. I again stated I wanted to test drive 1 to make sure I even wanted 1. Well since I was in the showroom I figured I would take another look at their 4 Runner. While looking through it I checked out the sticker price. 15K mark up! NOT JOKING. Yeap 15K. Back to what I had mentioned earlier. I have been doing some research on the 4 Runners. Most other Toyota dealers have a 5K markups. (EXCEPT THE MARYSVILLE AND SEATTLE dealerships. They have NO MARK UPS)! As far as we could tell they are charging people the $$ because they think they can. I and other friends of mine called and asked some other Toyota dealers about their markups Some at least added accessories for their 5K markups. Made it a little less painful. We asked the salesperson about it and could they clarify what it was for. She disappeared to the magical place where car salesperson go. "Magical Manager Castle Place". The "manager" quickly switched to the BS. "What do you think about the 4RUNNER? Pretty cool, reliable, fun can go anywhere, great resale value, lots of room inside, cargo space and etc etc etc". I stated that we would like to test drive on 1st. So of course his "brilliant" move was to have us look at the floor model .... again. After his "brilliant" move he asked us to go back to his "office/cube" and have a seat. Well we declined to sit. This ALWAYS seems to destroy whatever they are trained to do or plans they may have. I hate to say it but it sure is fun to see them realize that they made a bad move. He asked if we liked their vehicle. We asked what the 15K markup was for. We had to ask that 3 times. Paraphrasing "dealership can do that because the market allows them to and due to supply shortages. ALL the other Toyota Dealers are also doing it". I corrected him and referred him to do a basic search online. Again the MARYSVILLE and SEATTLE DEALERS HAVE NO RIDICULOUS FEES. I am not affiliated with those 2 dealerships. Just sharing an experience that I had at this dealership. Please take it for what it is worth.

See review on the main store. Summary is they've lost their "Magic" since change in ownership - 2hr+ wait times with no notice for basic maintenance, reason being they want to "optimize" their appointments - meaning at the expense of their customers.

The staff here is friendly and straightforward. Buying a vehicle these days is wild and having someone who will be transparent is much appreciated.

The service department is effecient and well educated, one of the very few places that work on my wife's RAV. Free wifi , TV's, and snacks/drinks available.
