Her name was given to us by family members, and from the instant I introduced myself, I knew that we were in good hands. As a first time home buyer, I needed a lot of answers and asked a lot of questions -- silly or not. Carrie took the time to respond to my every question and make sure that I had the resources I needed to move forward. She even recommended a real estate agent to us, who turned out to be equally phenomenal! I was looking to refinance my properties and wanted to know if it would be beneficial at the time. I spoke with Carrie and after providing her with the necessary documents, she was able to explain to me that a refinance was not my best option at this time.
