Update 4/14/20: So I came to write a review and come to find out past self already beat me to it. That's okay I'll just add to it! As my former self, mentioned below, Sutherland Mortgage is very proactive in the posture when supporting their customers. They seek the best rates and best overall value for you. This has been my experience for many years purchasing my home in TX, refinancing for better rates, then purchasing another home in AZ. Noel Shah has supported me in this process time and time again. His services is consistent and his expertise would be hard to beat. If I have a requirement to refinance Noel and Sutherland Mortgage will be my first call!!! Sutherland Mortgage facilitated my home's original 15 year mortgage as well as our subsequent refinance to take advantage of lower rates. Noel and Rohit worked with us and I have to say their knowledge and understanding of the various nuances make the process simple and worry free. Their proactive approach to seeking the best interest rates while ensuring the closing details aligned with our timeline and financial goals was unmatched.
