Nettie stepped in to a difficult situation. The Sutherland employee who I had contacted had, unfortunately, been quarantined and was unable to get back with me. Running out of time, I threw out a lifeline and Nettie grabbed ahold. She moved the process as rapidly as she could, kept me informed and part of the process at all times, and did all of this while presenting a calm, professional demeanor.
