Great experience! I had a straightforward and seamless transaction with surety bond authority. I approached a couple of other surety bond issuers and this one was the best fit. Others answered my questions too but they were vague answers. The answers that you can easily search for online. Greg really took his time in explaining to me in the simplest way possible what a guardianship bond is for, how to get one, and the costs involved. And all the info given were specific to my case. He never once asked me to buy the bond from him! I could tell from the beginning that he really wanted to help. I am a disabled Vet and my business partner medically retired, closing his commercial contracting firm after 20 years of operation. We a re, both, fi na ncia I ly ''a 11 in'' on th is newest business venture. We were required to be bonded by both the state and county authorities in order to operate. We were provided by the authorities, with a bond application form that was incorrect. The first thing Greg did was to get us the county bond at a lower premium than the normal state bond's cost. Then, when the county discovered their mistake, Greg fixed the problem for us in ONE DAY AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. When you call Surety, Greg answers the phone. He takes time to understand your individual needs and diligently provides you with the most appropriate product for your needs at the best possible price. Id give six stars if I could! With me not having much experience with bonds, Greg was very patient. He took multiple calls and each time was very cutrious and informative. He was able to get the bond for me extremely quick and provided all of the necessary paperwork for the court in a prompt manner. He was an absolute gentleman, I can’t recommend Greg Rynerson enough!
