Ben made a very difficult process easy. Not only did he get us the best rate, but was incredibly helpful when doing so. First-time homebuyers... we had a short window offer situation that came on a weekend, and Ben was able to put together our pre-approval on a weekend with very little notice. I have no idea how he got my phone number but he keeps calling me. I've asked him to stop and even blocked his phone number. Now he's making his number "unknown" in order to leave me messages. I've now warned him if I receive any more I will be contacting the Attorney General's office.
