When you are making the largest financial transaction of your life, which home buying is for most of us, you often experience a combination of excitement, stress, and at times confusion. Our loan officer, Nancy Hostetler, was very responsive to all of our questions (even our "dumb" ones, although she would never call them that) and very patient with walking us through the process as first-time home buyers. We also appreciated that Bell Bank sent us most of the closing documents prior to the actual closing date so that we had adequate time to review and e-sign most of them before physically signing them on the closing date.
