My client was scheduled to close on October 25th with another lender and on the day of closing they still could not get it together! Three days later we found out from the lender they could not provide funding unless my client came up with 7% more downpayment! I went to another lender and they came up with the same story. Then I found Matt through another agent. He took over the loan and we closed in 10 days!!!

Supreme Lending made being a homeowner possible for me! It was a scary thing for me and even though the whole process was stressful, Supreme Lending made it as easy as it's gonna get. Hunter was awesome and went to great lengths to help me get everything taken care of and pulled off the unimaginable! Every time I had a question, he did a great job explaining and making things easy to understand. My only feedback is that I wished he would've followed up a bit more on things. I felt like I had to reach out often for updates. To be fair, I'm sure he's very busy, especially now considering everyone is trying to take advantage of the great interest rates. My constructive feedback for Supreme Lending is that I wish they would've sent the link to the homebuyer education course when I first applied for the loan rather than just before closing. It would've saved me from having to bug Hunter so much because it explained just about every important part of the home-buying process. Overall, I was very satisfied with Supreme Lending. I'll be sure to recommend them to friends and family.
