I appreciated the the fast turnaround for the loan process. However I was concerned about the method of communication throughout the process. I prefer phone calls in addition to emails especially considering the time restraint I was on to get a loan. There were several times miscommunication could have been rectified through a simple phone conversation. I was asked several times to resend documents I had previously sent and that was concerning considering the sensitivity of the documents. Overall we reached the end goal but the service provided could’ve been enhance through better communication.
