I tried refinancing my house with many other loan companies which in turn was unsuccessful. After mentioning my frustrations to a good friend, she referred me to Mr. Tyler Duncan. Having little hope, I received a call from Mr. Duncan. He was very respectful and assured me that he could help with refinancing of my house. He answered every concern I had and connected me with his assistant Sarah, who was very responsive through e-mails and phone calls throughout the process. Long story short, I had lost all hope of getting refinanced, but Mr Tyler assured me that he could get it done. My friend who recommended him stated " If Tyler can't do it, then no one can." That comment stuck in my mind as we worked through the loan process. Mr Tyler was able to come up with a refinancing plan that would pay off all of my monthly expenses, eliminate my second mortgage, and put money in my pocket for new home projects and personal use. I had a few structure issues and had some contract work done and ran pass the deadline. Tyler being an experienced loan officer had the closing date extended, which allowed the contractor time during his busy schedule to complete the repairs. Tyler was able to send the info to underwriting and successfully have my loan approved. This is a life changing experience for me and I would like to thank Mr. Duncan and his assistant Sarah, for helping through out the entire process. I worked with Travis Press and he truly went above and beyond in four specific areas: - Helping us understand some outstanding debt and credit building issues - He ran several different scenarios for different combinations of down payment and credit scores and reviewed with us the different loan options - There was one cumbersome financial issue that he took on for us and arranged disposition of that he didn't have to do - He took over making some of the arrangements for the closing when our real estate agent was M.I.A. Overall, every step along the way, Travis was either able to answer our questions or started working on finding out. We were very happy with the level of service we got!

A very negative experience for me. First, I asked him what options Supreme Lending had. Matt Teuteberg was so eager to pull credit. I have a credit score of 740 on one of my credit bureaus. Then after getting 660 average after he pulled my credit, he said it was good and we can move forward. Then, after I had more questions, he started to backtrack & said after he pulled my credit that I’m free to go with another lender?! I told him that I didn’t simply want to pull credit and lose points then move on with someone else. I work very hard to maintain good credit. After that, Matt became so rude & harsh in his tone then he hung up on me?! I am disheartened by his lack of communicating kindly and effectively with me. If you work with clients and service them as in Supreme Lending, then you should have good communicative skills and be able to work through my questions and try to resolve inquires rather than hang up on your clients. Please do not hang up on clients just because you do not know how to respond in a kind and honest manner and please work on your communication skills or work with things, and not people. Supreme Lending needs to train their workers to understand how to listen effectively to clients and respond respectfully.
