5280 Financial Group was very professional and efficient. Troy was able to answer all of my questions and get our refinance paperwork together very quickly. Closing was scheduled and completed in about 12 days. The entire process was very quick and easy!

Troy was an absolutely incredible loan officer for me when I was doing my cash-out refinance. He bent over backwards to get me a good deal. I got quotes from many different banks and mortgage brokers; Troy's was by far the best. The appraiser way undervalued my house, and Troy really went to bat for me. He did his research and completely tore into the bogus appraisal and ended up increasing the appraised value of the house which is really hard to do. It's clear that Troy has been doing this for a long time and really knows his stuff. On top of all that, Troy is really friendly and quick to respond. Thanks for everything, Troy!!!

Fantastic interest rate (and we did shop around) very responsive for any and all questions, accessible, on time with all the dates in contract, and when it came down to brass tax, the money was there on the morning of closing, on time, and the final contract showed the numbers we were sold on.
