Dean Schmidt is negligent when it comes to his clients, regardless of which lending company he is under. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I stongly recommend not to do business with this company. Very unprofessional and unorganized and wasting your time. We had a terrible experience with this company. They repeatedly asked the same questions, ones we had already answered, emailed and documented. Every week, for more than 3.5 months they lead us to believe all our ducks were in a row and in the last hour sent a list of same documents, stating that their "underwrite is requesting more documents from you", all of which I had already addressed. The real problem with this company is the chaos in this office. I have no faith that they keep things organized or work in a timely manner. I drove all our financial records there the first week. But they wanted something everyday which I already have given them. I spent so many hours sending them materials that they already had. They did not trusted my banking statements and requested user name and password for my banking account to check out my accounts. I gave it to them to verify. Later I changed my user nam and password, because they kept asking for them. I told them its illegal to ask for my log in information, and they got upset. Finally, after 3.5 months of their stressful game, I requested whitdrawing my application and stopping my loan with them. They had the audacity to send me a letter saying that the application is denied. Look somewhere else for your financial needs.

Dean and his Team are very professional, and willing to go extra steps to making something work within your limitations.

I stongly recommend not to do business with this company. Dean is unprofessional he values his political views more than he cares about providing good financial service for his clients. If it wasn’t for his other employees Jennifer and Tracie I wouldn’t have bothered with this place and on top of everything when you go into his office he doesn’t follow COVID-19 safety guidelines putting people who are high risk like myself in danger when he makes you come down there because he is unorganized and a waste of time.

Devin White and the whole team are amazing to work with. They made things very smooth and easy through out the whole process. Highly recommend!
