This was my second time working with Amy, and I can say confidently that as long as she's in this line of work, she'll be our go to! For someone like me that needs expert guidance, I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. Amy is very experienced, is an excellent communicator, and most importantly (to me anyway), very kind and patient. She's helped us navigate a refi on our old home, and the purchase of our new home, and she's already earned our future business. I can't recommend Amy highly enough!!!!

She is always available for contact, eager to answer ANY questions, loves to educate and be thorough/ detailed, has a heart of gold, is completely trustworthy, incredibly knowledgeable about the industry, has a great personality, is so easy to talk to, can help you work through almost any road block/situation, is solution oriented and wont give up till she can make it happen, is professional but so kind, energetic, very communicative, and is highly recommended by my family! I have been waiting YEARS to post this review. Amy worked with us when our credit was embarrassingly horrid and systematically went through our entire credit report and told us exactly what to do, so we could become approved for a home loan. It took us a LONG time but Amy stayed with us, encouraged us, cried with us when we had setbacks and rejoiced with us when we had wins. Even when we wanted to give up, or did, she didn't. It was not easy climbing out of that debt hole and her hand reaching in to pull us out what a beacon of light. Once we were approved (yipee!!) Amy was transparent, clear, professional, honest, and always prepared us for what to expect and explained everything. Our appraisal even came in low (go figure) and Amy and her team at Loan Depot worked MAGIC so we could put what little cash we had towards that difference instead of all towards closing costs. I don't even know how they did it, but they worked JUST AS HARD as us to get us into our new home. I'm so incredibly thankful! Amy and her Loan Depot team displayed integrity, kindness, honesty, transparency, and a a rare passion for the industry you just don't see much anymore. Amy worked with my realtor beautifully and the entire process was easy and just- as long as I had her I knew we were ok. Thank you Amy, and Loan Depot!
