What a GREAT experience! Our main guy, Benson, was the man!! He was very punctual and would always check in on us. One thing I can tell anyone about Sam is that He is good in working with numbers and making the best decision on what mortgage plan suite your need and purpose, as in our case…. He makes me as layman in home buying process understand the key point and process to mortgages. We would not have been able to get the property of our choice without the great experience and professional help from Sam. A very great person professionally and as a person, always there to answer every question and working with us based on our need, as well as helping in term of financial advice in what is best for our growing family. I have five stars for them because they truly deserved it. They where upfront about our loan if they are going to keep it or not, but finally we had the letter that they are keeping it. BEWARE! Supreme Lending agreed to keep our loan and not sell it. We received our first payment coupon and a week later received a letter that our loan was sold. When we contacted Supreme Lending about this- they basically said "oops" not really anything they could do about it now as it was already sold.
