I visited this branch after being displeased with the answers I was receiving from the phone bank in regards to paying a loan off. My issue needed to be handled by the branch supervisor. Jessica not only was extremely pleasant to deal with, she went over and beyond the call of duty in ensuring that everything was handled properly. I have been with this bank for over 28 years now, and this experience reminded me why I stick with them. If you are looking for a trustworthy bank, that employs friendly and courteous staff, look no further.......

There was a 6 car line un each lane and the drive thru banker decided to sit and have casual conversation with the lady 3 cars ahead of us. I came here to deposit money in my account and it took her 20 minutes to deposit 2 bills into my account, then she closed her chat window before making sure that I recieved my ID and Bank card, which I had to wait an additional 3 minutes for. Would he nice if basic customer service was being practiced here instead of poor manners and lolligagging.

Absolutely terrible customer service from Jessica. I have banked with Wells Fargo for 6 years and have never had a problem clearing a check. I went in yesterday with a pay roll check from the same place I have been a manager at for 2 years. She said a hold was placed on the check since it was not a Wells Fargo check. Funny how she couldnt get it to go through when this has never been an issue before. Mind you my checking account was not negative either. Her lack of customer service skills is appalling for a manager. I would be ashamed of any of the people who work with me or if I had treated a customer the way she treated me. I will never go back to this branch and most likely will be pulling my businesd from Wells Fargo as soon as my check clears.... on Tuesday, 4 days after it was deposited.

We pay our dues the least you can do is have enough staff on and tell him to pick up the pace at drive-through I don’t have 45 min for a simple Business deposit

I bank and Minnco and when my ATM card was eaten by this branches drive through ATM, it disconnected from its server and rebooted after I put it in, they took 15 minutes to find someone to speak to me after I waited in their queue and when they did they said Brinx managed the machines, I asked for them to contact Brinx since their company was directly in contact with them but they didnt consider it for even a second and just told me to get a new card. This is all fine, dismissive and poor customer service, whatever. But they didnt have anyone put a out of order sign on the ATM or put driving cones in front of it, they just continued to let people pull up and possibly have their cards eaten by just like mine taking no initiative.

Don’t ever bother opening a Wells Fargo account. Also what’s the point of having a phone number if no one EVER answers it? This branch should probably get rid of it as they will never answer or help you. Don’t use Wells Fargo save yourself some time and peace.

Simply trying to get my I9 done for my employment and need to get it notarized so that I can start soon. Get to the bank, sit down w/ a PB. Tell her basic info on what I needed done. She is lost and confused, sits at the computer and is probably searching on how to do the I9 process. Secondly, she goes and speaks the either the branch manager or the service manager because she doesn’t know what to do with me. It’s simply just a verification of my two forms of ID verifying that it is me. How comes the WF banks in Saint Cloud never gave me a hard time and always helped me with these services. If I was going to scam the bank for a stupid signature, I’m sure I’d do more damage than that. Smh... I bank with you and yet you can’t even help me. Learn how to train your employees and NOT only lurking for sales to meet their monthly quotas. Searching through customers account figuring out ways to make a hit. I used to work for Wells Fargo, I know how it works. Thanks for wasting my time here close to an hour and got nothing done.

I normally love coming to this location and have never had a problem with their customer service. I recently dealt with Anuoluwa and had a pretty bad experience. She acted like she didn't have the time for us and I felt she was very rude. Its unfortunate that I will likely use another branch for my business from now on just to avoid one person.

Worst experience of my life at a bank... went it too get cash out to make a car payment that was due. Only reason I had to go in to get cash to pay cause I lost my wallet so they wouldn’t even give me a nickel until I had yellow papers or a secondary form of I’d so I went to the DMV right after I left there to get my yellow papers so I can use that as my identification so I go back into the Wells Fargo to get cash out to make my payment and all is well I’m able to get cash out to make my payment. But when I went too get a temporary card so I can have money over the weekend they denied me as if I wasn’t the person they just talked and dealt with so I’m stuck with no money or card for a whole weekend Also got a nasty attitude from a Teller named IAN M. So if you ever go there deal with someone else dude was anything but help
