Supreme Lending has sold my policy twice in less than 2 years, and the second company it sold my policy to sent the introduction package to the wrong address and with the name of a complete stranger along with my name, requiring me to spend hours upon hours trying to figure out where to send my monthly mortgage payment. This second company has since incorrectly charged me for a lapse in insurance coverage, which never happened, so I had to spend time resolving that problem. My initial big bank lender had no issues, never moved my loan and never incorrectly charged me. Private lenders can be flexible and creative, allowing borrowers options not available elsewhere. But my experience with Supreme Lending has resulted in hours and hours correcting mistakes I did not make nor should have been made.
