OUTRAGED!!!! I went to location by chance because my mom thought someone took her jewelry. I assured her it was the same Earings that family bought as a child and ones my husband purchased in Saudi Arabia. I was wearing 3 Bangle bracelets from Lebanon that a close friend had traded for me. I am 95 percent it was EVELYN who checked my mom's earnings and I just wanted a quick weight and appraisal on my bracelets. MY LORD THIS INCOMPETENT RUDE PERSON NOT ONLY TOLD ME ALL MY STUFF WAS FAKE and was insulting me as well..I told her I've had these 18 years and have worn them the last 3 years straite..No change. She said I guess they make good FAKES. I told her this is a serious matter..That many earings and 3 bracelets and I your telling my stuff is fake. I told her double check.. She pushed it toward me in front of the trainee and said sorry and basically bye bye NOW ! The store was busy and this was in front of many people ! I LEFT CRYING! It took me almost 4 months to take them to professional jeweler. He said 100 percent 18 to 21 easy. NO WAY ANYONE COULDN'T DECLARE 14 and above..That many pieces and upset customer. She is training so she presented herself as it stops here !! I LOST 2 PAIRS OF MY MOMS EARING BECAUSE I LET A RANDOM FRIEND CHECK THEM. THIS PLACE CAUSED ME PAIN and I didn't talk to my friend for months. My husband wasn't worried because he's 100 percent middle-eastern and he knows but he doesn't know I mishandled my mom's stuff because of this incompetent person with an attitude

If I could give zero stars I would. I sold something to these people because they said that they wouldn't allow me to pawn it. Since I needed the money, I sold it. About two weeks later or so, I got the money to buy it back. They told me that I had to wait until 1/20/2022 to buy it back. Well, when I went in to buy it, they told me that they had sold it the day before. I'm srill looking for the appropriate agency to report them to.

Arrived 15 minutes before closing time to a locked door and an employee waving us goodbye.

I was told I could come in they close at 5 as long as it was a couple mins after they still would let me in. Got there at 5:02 and they wouldn’t open the door. If your closed that’s fine, but don’t tell me to go ahead and come on down than when I get there pretend like we didn’t just have the conversation. That’s just horrible customer service and I promise you lost more than 1 customer for today’s incident.

I have been coming to this store for a few years now and they have always been fare, helpful and polite to me. Kenny was very helpful and took time to help me pick out the right tool I needed for a project I'm doing

First off(please read this review all the way through) the two females that I dealt with my first two pawns were very helpful and gave us decent prices so everyone felt like we were winning out of the deal. I went back yesterday with 2 business docking stations and the young blonde kid wouldn’t even take them, said they are going for $15 dollars online(total bull) Was disrespectful, not very personable.Wouldn’t budge for $10 more on a diff item that I didn’t even intend on pawning..he could see that we were desperate at the time.(needed hotel deposit)We are new to Vegas and just trying to get our foot in the door. Anyways I ultimately ended up selling both docking stations almost immediately online for $85/per(thanks Facebook marketplace) so he really did me a favor but when I get my other belongings out of this pawnshop I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have a solid income selling refurbished electronics (clean) online but I have to wait for third party’s like EBay Paypal and Marketplace to pay me so in the meantime I have to pawn until the money comes through. Super pawn could have made some constant money off of these small personal loans(to us)but unfortunately it was short lived due to one employee. I have been dealing with company now for 20 plus years, I went in to buy a necklace for my girlfriend for our holiday party. I made a deal with the manager Rocky great guy and the guy that handled the sale absolutely infuriated me. His attitude and demeanor was as if he was doing me a favor, when you start treating customers like that they start leaving

Came in to buy wedding rings and a gold rope. They had a great selection, however we couldn't get anyone to show us anything. The lady asked twice and no one moved. Oh well, on to the next shop.

This business is based on fraud! The interest rate is ridiculous. It's sad how they're super Pawns everywere in the most poorest demographics. Taking advantage of the less unfortunate. It's no wonder why they got a horrible review rating on Google Maps.

I wish I could give this less than 1 star. Customer service is horrible, Everytime I come in and all staff is extremely rude. I've given it a try and ended up going to a different company pawn shop. I don't recommend this chain to anyone.it didn't make sense that I had been waiting in line for 15-20 min but someone who had just walked in was helped quicker than I was.

I came in with the hope if selling some rings, I came in and nobody acknowledged me there was 2 people on the floor on their phones. Then I got In line even though I was the only one there and eventually Anderson attended me. I got to the register and he doesn’t say anything, I hand him some rings, and he says “ what do you want “. I say I would like to sell them. He doesn’t even look at me and takes them to the back. I understand that he has to take a look at them but I wish he would’ve said I’ll be back or “I’m going to take a look at these” he just left me there for 20 minutes without me knowing anything. He was very rude.

I had a great experience personally! I went in to pawn an item. I got more than I was anticipating and the clerk was cool and laughed at my jokes.

I bought my wife's engagement ring here, resizing is free the first time, I was very happy with that purchase, so i later purchased an Xbox One from them, and so far I have been very happy with that as well! Never had a bad experience here, and they DO haggle on prices despite what others say. I didn't pay sticker price for either item. The staff is friendly and helpful, I will be a return customer!
