Check City Paradise Rd, Las Vegas

I love coming to check city. It’s literally right down the street from my home which is so convenient, plus her customer skills are amazing. She Also works very well with handling tough situations. Rachel is Amazing!

Very disappointed. I've been using Check City for years to get money orders. I usually do below $3000 so I don't have to fill out a form. I told the guy I wanted the money order for $3000, he said he needed my ID, so i said oh well whats the limit? He said he couldn't tell me, so I said well just do it for $2980 and he said he couldnt because I already told him $3000. Ummmmmm....okay. I've had employees tell me the limits without asking, so what is this guy even talking about? Guess this is what to expect when going to a check city in a run down area.

Jayde David is an awesome employee. He always assist me with a welcoming smile. He makes sure that he meets my expectations when it comes to customer service.

So I just to cash a personal check they have me do update on info then give them I D I have my checkbook with my name address hole 9 guy say let me verify gets on phone 7 min later says bank won’t give him info well I know this much there are 3 other ways to verify my checks belong to me small dollar amount check on top of waste of time so he says it’s so to COVID !!!!! They no way but a cordless phone they can’t use anymore! I was like wow never again now I know why I have not come there for 10 years

Great customer service and very helpful specially Lidia. Always caring for the clients and I saw that she was helpful and making sure the old couple was not getting scams. Which I thought she was sweet and acting to her customers. Thank you for having her there

I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to all of the staff at the check city on Paradise and flamingo. No matter if it's a loan or just a bus pass, card loaded or a check cashed. And on more than a few occasions they have been able to with their resources and capabilities they have even been able to cash fairly large checks without any ID. It really pays to develope a working relationships with them and have all of your info on file just for such emergencies. Thank you again. I will definitely remain a lifelong customer. Much appreciative for everything you do and have done. You've definitely earned my business for years now. Look forward to many more. Brent Stowell

I bought two money orders for $495 each. I was told there would be a $2.50 fee for using my debit card which was fine. Their machine wouldn't run the total ($995) so the clerk charged me in 3 different transactions. Once I got home and checked my bank, I realized they charged me $2.50 for each transaction on top of my bank charging me $2.50 for each transaction. So I ended up paying an extra $15 in fees for no reason. If I had known that, I would've just gone to Walmart and paid $5. Or gone to my bank and paid $10. Called them hoping for some sort of apology but the person on the phone didn't seem to care. Never coming back here again. I should've known a payday loan place was going to be shady regardless of what transaction you have with them.

She remembered me and my check type. She was very pleasant. Great asset to your company.
