Jason, Gene, and Robert did an amazing job on my fence. I attached the pictures below of the fence I had before and the new fence I have now. It is a world of difference how amazing my new fence looks. It was greatly appreciated that they reviewed the job with me before and after to ensure we were all on the same page of what was to be done. One more time, Jason, Gene, and Robert were absolutely amazing and were incredible on getting the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend that Install team to any future customers in the Orange Park area.

Very good communication from my estimate with Dakota, the office staff confirming times and my install team of Marcus, Britt and Robert. Everyone was a professional. I am very happy with our service (which isn’t a given from contractors these days.) I would definitely use again and highly recommend them.

Dylan, Jacob, Brandie and Darius came out today (4/27) to put in my new fence. The job each of them did was amazing! I can't stress enough how pleased I am. Thank you!

Murph, Mike and Jamar was here bright and early and immediately got to work only taking a brief break during a downpour to install my fencing. Otherwise, they worked through much of the rain. They were polite, professional and cleaned up any materials that they used. They even helped secure a spot for my dogs where the land was uneven. So happy with the team, service and product. Thank you all so much!

My install team was Sam, Earl, and John. They were very respectful and called several times when they knew they would be late or when they were on the way. They worked until dark and were cheerful and helped explain that the fence looks crooked and high off the ground until the very end when they tap it down into the ground. The end result was great and we are happy with our vinyl fence.

Today we had two teams from Superior Fence, led by Cameron, descend upon our property to install our new fence. It has been a heavenly experience. From the beginning of this process, representatives of Superior Fence have been helpful and communicative, answering questions, helping get permits, and keeping us updated on things. Cameron and the other guys today were the epitome of the customer service that we had already experienced. They were respectful and professional, they communicated with us throughout the day to ensure that everything was as we wanted it, they worked hard and happily, and they did an awesome job cleaning up when they were done. They moved very quickly and got the old fence down and installed the new fence in under 8 hours, which was super. Our fence looks better than we ever imagined and our yard is a restful oasis that our dog can run free in. We will be telling everyone we can about the fabulous service we received from Superior Fence. Thank you to Cameron, Steve, William, James, and George for your hard work.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Their salesperson Brad was honest and up front about the products, lead times, and pricing. The contract is easy to understand, and you know exactly what you're paying for. Micah and his crew did an outstanding job clearing out our old wooden fence and installing our new white vinyl fence. They were able to tear out and install over 300 feet of fence in one day. They arrived on time with all materials. The gates were assembled and set onsite to ensure they worked correctly. We're very happy with how everything turned out and absolutely recommend them in the future.

Sam, Jahmar, and Jamaine did our fence install today. They were extremely professional, courteous, and hard working. The service was very good. The sales representative Connor answered my many questions with calm and ease. The crew led by Cameron were outstanding. They were careful in areas I pointed out. The crew worked in a cohesive manner with each other which was refreshing to witness.They were cordial and courteous. Cameron was patient with me and my many more questions. The Superior fence installation crew (David, Brandy, Jacob, “Peanut”, Justin, Daquan, Logan, and many others) did a great job installing our wood fence. They showed up on time and were ready to work. The crew was very professional and took care in getting everything right. The workmanship of the fence shows that care. The crew was courteous and kept our yard clean throughout the two day installation. The wood used for the fence is good quality, and the fence is sturdy and looks beautiful. We are very happy with the new fence. We would have given 5 stars overall if not for the poor communication we received from the sales rep after our estimate was done. We almost went with another company, but Superior’s reputation and their warranty kept us from going with anyone else. We made the right decision to stay with Superior.

We had a small section of vinyl fence and stretch of aluminum installed today (4/27/22) and we couldn't be happier with the results. The team that did the work was Michael and Nick L with Bruce as the lead and you couldn't find a better group to get it done. Their work was better than outstanding and their attention to every detail was obvious from the time they arrived until the job was done. Excellent job by all.

The crew that installed my fence consisted of Augustine, Nick and Tyler. They did a fantastic job. They called when they were on the way. They cleaned up after they were done. They walked me through the process and addressed all my concerns. Can’t say enough good things about this crew. Connor the salesperson was also prompt and informative and he and the crew got us exactly what we wanted. James, Oscar, Jahmar and Dylan were the crew that replaced my old wooden fence with a new vinyl fence. The team were courteous, personal and professional. They walked me through the job before they started and addressed any questions I had. I highly recommend Superior Fence and Rail. Micah and his crew were exceptional! They called before they came, did a walk through with me before they began, worked tirelessly/professionally until the installation was complete and then made sure I was satisfied (which I was!). Their cleanup was superb! Before the installation began, Savannah did an excellent job making sure I got what I wanted. Several times (probably 4) I asked her to provide estimates on different scenarios/products than my original request and she always did so promptly (complete with diagrams) until I knew exactly what I wanted. I chose Superior Fence and Rail to install 154 LF of aluminum fence and 3 gates around the back yard of of my home. We are very pleased with the results. Very good crew. Micah, Jon, and Addison were great — professional, courteous, and friendly. Team arrived on time following a call from them with their ETA. Micah walked me through the process before starting, and answered all my questions before marking the outline for installation (based on my property survey.). Work was done quickly, professionally, and the area was cleaned up before they left. This was a very good experience and I would recommend Superior Fence & Rail to anyone looking for a top quality, professional company for this kind of work.

Just finished our second fence installation with Superior. 1st on had to be done at a home we sold. Both installations are completely professional with quality building of the fence on the property. Nothing is prefabricated, not even the gates. Augustine, Nick and Tyler just did our installation and we’re all very professional and talented. Fence looks great and already has received several compliments from our neighbors. If you want quality for the price, I highly recommend Superior.

I was very pleased with my experience with Superior Fence and Rail. From the 1st consultation to the day of installation, they were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I had a wooden picket fence replaced along my property line and a wooden picket gate added as well. They were efficient, professional and did good work. A special commendation to the installer Devin: He noticed the sound of water running in my front yard, between the street and sidewalk. My water meter had a leak, and was leaking badly. I was able to get it fixed the same day. I don’t know how long it would have gone before I had noticed. I’m very grateful to him. I would use Superior Fence and Rail again in a heartbeat. I’m very satisfied with my experience from start to finish.

Very happy with our new aluminum fence from Superior. Brad was awesome - helped us figure out what we wanted and did all the measurements and preparation of documents for our HOA. He kept in touch throughout the process and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Brad was the #1 reason we chose Superior over other vendors. When installation day came, it was a breeze. A crew of 3 - Marcus, Robert & Daquan - arrived on time, worked hard and finished the installation in about 6 hours. They installed exactly to specifications, did a great job and left the job site clean. Highly recommend.

I had Dylan, Jacob and Brandie install our white vinyl backyard fence and I was pleased with every step of the way. From they being punctual to Dylan being understanding of me not having a "3D mind" and having him play out how would my doors open back and forth! Thank you Dylan - laugh out loud-!! I am just absolutely thrilled with the quality of work that was done by Superior Fence and Rail. From the very beginning, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. My sales rep Connor was so so patient as I kept changing the scope of the project, and updated my quote several times until it was exactly what I wanted. The actual installation took two crews over two days due to the scope of the project. And lemme tell ya, you really don't get a sense of how durable these fences really are until you see these guys setting 6x6 posts several feet into the ground. Like this fence is Built To Last. Devin, Nick, and John (also Augustine and his crew, although I didn't get all of their names) were very friendly and fun to have around. They were great about keeping me informed as issues would arise and worked with me to get everything resolved in a way that I was comfortable with. (Just as an example, I have a tree on the property line that I absolutely adore, and they worked with me to figure out how to keep as much of the tree as possible in my backyard.) Overall, I'm just so thrilled with the workmanship that went into making such a high quality fence, and the people at Superior Fence and Rail that made this whole process fun and exciting instead of a chore. 10/10 absolutely would recommend!!
