Superior Fence & Rail was very professional. They arrived on time for install and the end result was great. The sales rep Kenny was really nice. He explained everything to me from when we reached out about an estimate until the very end. Edwardo the supervisor during install he was really nice as well. He went over all of what they were going to be doing and made sure I understood everything before they began to work and even after install. Overall we had an amazing experience with this company. Highly recommend Superior Fence & Rail.

We had a fabulous experience with Superior Fence and Rail! I would use them a thousand times over and highly recommend to anyone looking to put in a fence. We had a large job: wood picket fence in our large front yard and privacy wood fence in our back yard. The team did it all in one day with amazing work ethic and quality. If I were being nit picky, I would say they could have sanded down some of the sharp wood pieces where they had to trim wood, but still 5 stars.

Superior Fence & Rail of Charlotte is by far the best Charlotte deck builder. They installed our black aluminum fence and we couldn't be more thrilled. They sent a fence installation team of 3 people led by Ruddy. The worked closely with us and the HOA on the fence placement. They installed quickly, efficiently and with high quality. Ruddy even personally washed the entire fence after finishing the install. We love our fence and we're so happy we worked with Superior Fence & Rail! When they came over to give a bid, we had a full workup of our fence project before the salesman even left our property. It included detailed specifications, a detailed overview of the warranty, and a price quote in writing. Some other fence builders share a verbal price or share a quote days later. We felt confident with what we were receiving and in using Superior Fence because they provided all of that documentation up front. They even submitted our fence quote to our HOA, manually marking up the survey line to show the fence for quick HOA approval. Choose Superior Fence & Rail of Charlotte. You will not be disappointed!

The guys were very professional in all about your satisfaction to the work! Never did they hesitate to stop and answer our questions. They even stopped to verify the property line I was questioning to make sure we were happy completely. Best group of installers I have ever worked with in all the housing projects we have done over the years!!!

Luis and his team arrived early which is great for me. He asked questions of how we wanted the fence compared to the drawing from the quote. They also finished early. It took them a little more than 4 hours. They were quick and efficient. Luis explained how we need to maintain the fence prior to leaving. I’d definitely use Superior again!

Superior Fence has been awesome so far. They are easy to work with and always responsive when contacted. I REALLY have to give it up for the subcontractor though. Not only were they professional and thorough, but they LISTENED to what I wanted based on some of the circumstances that changed after the diagram had been created. They also cleaned up and were so, so nice and respectful. I literally could not have asked for more. They are awesome.

This Trex fence is terrific and is the best looking fence in my area. The woodland brown blends in with the trees and shrubs and the solid panels really muffles the heavy traffic just on the other side of the fence. The installers Rudy, Christian and Khy were outstanding. Highly recommend Superior Fence & Rail.

Rudy and Ruth did a great job removing our old fence and installing a new one. They did all of this in one day. We now see why Superior Fencing is so highly rated. The fence is great quality. We will enjoy it for years to come.

We had Superior come out and install a new fence for our back yard. They were reasonably priced, on time, professional, very helpful, the crew was super fast so we didnt have to worry about out dogs getting out. The whole experience was great!

Initial contact with this company was fine. A rep came to the property and took measurements. We were told we would have our estimate in a couple of days. Never heard back. Called the office to inquire and was told another agent would get back to us that day. No one has called. It has been 3 weeks now. Had to give a star to leave this review, otherwise, big fat ZERO!!

I chose Superior Fence and Rail based on other reviews and pictures. My initial consult went very well, the pricing was competitive, and the install timeline was acceptable. Unfortunately, my actual experience was horrible. In short, the company lacks attention to detail, does not respond to communication very quickly, and lacks professionalism. The manager blamed my problems on the subcontracted crew, but at the end of the day his company hired them. The problems listed below have since been fixed, but I would urge anyone considering this company to avoid them and save yourself any headaches. It took the initial install, a site visit from the manager, and two additional crew visits to get this fixed, and there is still an issue that was overlooked. I could add more examples and pictures, but these are just some examples of how the job looked. For the amount of money a fence costs and how many options there are, there is no reason to spend your money here. I will let the pictures speak for themselves, but there was a lot that was wrong. The install crew made absolutely no attempt to clean up debris on my property or two adjacent properties. After calling the company I always heard the same spiel: the managers are always in a meeting, the secretary will take notes and let the manager know, and someone will get back to me. Between weather and not hearing back for days on end, it took several weeks to finally get things to be fixed and look acceptable. A crew had to come to clean up by neighbor's yard as they didn't rake any dirt or debris after install and left his side of the fence in shambles. They also stacked my old fence on my neighbors front lawn and left it there for two days. I share a fence line with one neighbor and I asked the crew to simply take down the old wooden fence and put the new vinyl fence in the same place. They did not do this, and left one old panel up and a gap about the width of one post between my new fence and the only panel. It looked terrible. They ended up installing another post against to fill in the gap. It looks better, but why not just build the fence to that gap? I had my fence line adjusted in other areas and they left the old wooden posts jagged and sticking out of the ground. Luckily I don't have kids or pets, and luckily I was being careful because I could have easily tripped and gotten injured . They left huge chunks of concrete from posts that they pulled, and they even drilled a hole on my neighbor's property that they did not fill in. Most of the new posts were left with huge craters around them. The gate was installed without any tensioners and a random screw was fastened to the top rail near the gate for seemingly no reason. One of the gate posts also had notes written on it in Sharpie. In the gate entry there were pieces of concrete sticking out of the ground, and come to find out it was the remnants of the old post concrete that they attempted to bury, instead of removing. They also put a post up to the corner of my house that has open rail notches. The manager, Justin, apologized that he didn't catch that and directed me to buy the notch covers from Home Depot. I didn't explicitly ask him to provide and install the covers himself, but to me thats an example of a clear lack in attention to detail and unprofessionalism. I ended up ordering the caps from Amazon so I didn't need to keep on trying to get something else fixed. Other issues included short c-channel and rail notches that looked like they were cut with a steak knife.

Superior Fence were absoutely fantastic. All teams: sales, office admin, and install team were top notch. During the install, the team checked in with me several times before executing the various parts of my wood fence. They wanted to ensure my happiness throughout the entire experience; I truly appreciate that. I'm very happy with the finished product. I would definitely use them again for any future fence projects. Highly recommended

We just moved into a new house and needed a fence for our two dogs. Superior fence & rail was super responsive. They came out and helped us figure out a layout which included navigating our tough terrain (wooded & slopes lot). They were super helpful with our gate placement. We ended up with the perfect placement thanks to them. All of our communication was effortless. They were super responsive & great to work with. The team of installers were prompt, super friendly, hard working, and left zero mess. We will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for fencing. It was truly a joy to work with them & we are thrilled with the outcome.

We got a fence installed by Superior Fence and Rail in Charlotte, NC - it was a tricky job and took a number of days. The guys who came to install - Tyler and James - were excellent. They really knew what they were doing, they were good at communicating communicating issues and talking though options and solutions. They work very, very hard and the finished product looks great. Had some difficulty on the sales side. Their planning and change request system is very rigid and you don't see an itemized list of what each linear foot of fence or each gate is actually costing you. There were errors made during this and the sales guy was tough to get on the phone and tended to make vague commitments to things that he would later renege on. But overall, it is a good company that does excellent work on site. Just watch the change order process very carefully - mistakes do get made.

Superior Fence was one of three fence companies I contacted. I am extremely happy that i went with Superior Fence. The employees are the best to work with through the whole process. It Started with a home visit to look at the job with Kenny. Kenny is a good guy that knows his business. He made a few recommendations and it was an easy decision. April was just as amazing to work with. There was a schedule issue (my fault) and they worked with me on a date change. April was also in contact through the process to keep us updated. She then called to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. Can't forget the Team of guys that installed the fence. Great communication, professional and no mess was left behind. Just an amazing white vinyl privacy fence. Great Job by all. Please give Kenny or April a call for your fence needs.

Personable, punctual, solid work! Hollywood and team showed up right on time, walked the yard with me and confirmed everything. They worked together and completed the job in ~9 hours. We have a big yard, very impressed. 100% recommended Superior for aluminum and wood fence installation.

Responsive, professional and timely! Loved the use of their project dashboard so you can keep tabs on how far out your project is. The installation team was great and did an awesome job. The whole process was easy!

The day of install they arrived right on time, walked the perimeter with me and went over everything. Ruddy, Richard and Khi did a fantastic job. They were quick, thorough and by were done within the day. We are very pleased with everything and highly recommend them!

This team was excellent to work with. Joey and April helped make sure I had all I needed for our HOA and then Rudy, Cameron and Khi were on site installing in a few week and got the job done with excellent quality and timely completions.
