    Javier was excellent to work with. He knew every detail to all my questions and answered most of them before I could ask. I was unsure if I wanted to make the purchase but when I decided to return I knew I had to make sure he would be there to complete the sale. He was fantastic and I would recommend him as well as everyone I came into contact with at Modern. (This was my second purchase at this location and I will definitely be back the next time I'm car shopping)

    I purchased my previous vehicle from this dealership and was pleased with my experience which is why I decided to go back again and they did not disappoint.     Finance manager Mike assumes alot about people based on his bias instead of asking questions. I would not recommend him to anyone who is looking to be treated fairly. Amani great to work with and very helpful.

    Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a dealer service department! Jordan was very friendly and helpful! I knew coming in that since this is a holiday week they would be busy. Jordan said it would probably be 3 hours before they could get my car in and I told him that was fine because I brought my laptop and planned to work while I waited. He let me use a private office space, which was super helpful and I was able to get a lot of work done with no distractions and it helped pass the time. It only took 2 hours from the time I pulled in, which was a lot less than I was expecting. Jordan was so friendly, and even helped me link my Nissan card account so I could use my rewards. This is not my usual Nissan, but I stopped by because it was on my way out of town. I will definitely be making the trip here in the future simply because the level of service was so great!

    Overall great, had a little "blip" when I had forgotten a detail, BUT was handled and I was completely satisfied.     I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle at Modern Nissan of Concord. I was looking for a reliable, safe car with low mileage for my daughter. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Staci Hopper was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. Staci found me the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used car and was in my price range. Staci had to attend a training for the remainder of the week and had Jose Gonzalez assisted me with finalizing the deal. Jose was very pleasant, responsive and it could not have been a more seamless process! Normally buying a car can be a dreadful, however, I found the process was stress-free and pleasant.     I needed a replacement key. I have been paying ins(sold to me by Nissan when I purchased my car). It was a disaster from the beginning. Everyone I talked to at Modern and the Ins company told me something different. Ended up charging me over $300 for the key. I made it clear I was not paying that. Thankfully the last person I spoke with took care of it. Most people I have dealt with there have been nice and helpful. Although from day one has been some sketchy issues. To begin....to this day I am still waiting to receive a visa gift card for test driving.

    The best car dealership I've been to, hands down. Communicative, responsive, and a willingness to listen and be flexible with your situation purchasing a car, I can't think of another dealership I'd go to. Their service warranty program options are some of the best I've seen, especially of their Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. Every scheduled service appointment has always been fast and courteous. Sales people and staff who helped me in my visits (*subject to change, as people change jobs and careers, of course): • Doug Ford: Doug was the first salesperson that worked with me, heard my needs, and helped put me in a much better, significantly newer car at a reasonable monthly cost. • Robert Lahr and Eli Garcia: Both of these men helped with a trade in of my first Nissan vehicle earlier this year, working with me to get me in a nearly new 2021 model car with a great monthly payment. Eli was fantastic in honest and open feedback during the test drive and even mentioned upcoming vehicles and technology to look forward to with future vehicles from Nissan. Their patience over our two days of negotiations is what stood out to me, as they worked with my desires and budget to get me in the best car I've ever had. • Javier Lagunas: Helpful and conversational, Javier talked with me about potential future trade-ins, as this dealership had reached out to me again about a trade-in. Understanding my timeline and budget, he didn't press the issue and instead talked to me about what's going on with the shortage in vehicle inventory, future model delivery expectations, and we both geeked out over the 2023 Nissan Z. It was so nice to not feel pressured into buying, selling, or trading in like you might expect at a car dealership. I felt heard and understood without any sort of blatant upselling or seeking to rush me out the door once I made it clear I didn't want to trade in just yet. That level of service snd discussion is not something I'd ever experienced at a dealership or anywhere dealing with cars, for that matter. It was greatly appreciated!

    This buying experience was like no other. Due to Covid restrictions I was a little nervous about the process. The online experience was amazing! I was able to talk with a real person at any point I had questions. They reached out by email and phone. Each person I spoke to was so nice. The dealership I worked with was in Concord, quite a distance from my home. That was a concern, until they told me that there was no issue delivering to car to my door, the next day!!! Eli was a delight to meet. And Staci in the business office was a hoot!! I HIGHLY recommend Modern Auto to anyone.

    My experience with the Modern Nissan of Concord was excellent. The technicians did an oil change and emission/state inspection. The technicians also did a multi-point inspection and recommended services that my vehicle should have and scheduled a new appointment for the services. The technicians were very professional and called me when they were finished servicing my vehicle.

    From start to finish, the customer service has been fantastic. I’ve been going to them for the past 2+ years for service (also purchased my current vehicle from them) and would highly recommend them. The office staff is easy to work with for appointments. The service advisors are genuine and take good care of your vehicle. They don’t try to sell you services you don’t need. My last visit was handled by both John and Ira (Mike has helped me in the past too) and they all did a fantastic job and got me my car ready ahead of time. Their wait area inside is also well spread out and quite spacious, which has been a great asset during this Covid time. They used to do shuttle service earlier, but understandably have put that on hold for now. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership.

    Customer service was great on Saturday. When I paid, I was told everything was good on my car "for awhile." Well on Sunday as I was driving, my "check engine light" came on. That caused me mistrust Nissan. When I left on Saturday, I was under the impression my car was "good" but 12 hours later, a light alerts me that it's not "good".

    Went to look at new Pathfinder, was great experience learning about vehicle from Javier the sales consultant, feel bad putting 1 star because he was great. Though as soon as the sales manager Jonathan Cobb came in he was immediately disrespectful and made me and my wife uncomfortable and was very demeaning, we walked out within minutes of speaking to him. Never had an experience like that at a dealership. Will definately be going to different Nissan dealership to purchase a Pathfinder. If you go here and Jonathan Cobb walks in, I'd ask for a different sales manager or go to another dealer.

    During my recent service visit, my experience was...better than expected. Heath (Service Advisor) was very helpful. He listened to my concerns and explained everything to me so that I understood the process every step of the way. Rick (mechanic) spoke with me also; and very helpful as well. I was told up front an estimated cost of services and was consulted before any service was rendered. This was a refreshing change, as I am a female. I would highly recommend the Service Department of Modern Nissan of Concord and will be a returning customer!

    I wish i could leave no stars. This dealership has the worst customer service I’ve ever received when purchasing a car. The finance manager lord throughout the purchase of my vehicle and consistently changed numbers behind my back. He lied about which lending had the best rates so that they could continue to over charge me and tact on services for the vehicle . No congratulations on your purchase when i signed or anything . They made sure to point out the “no cool off period” paperwork though. I walked out of the dealership not getting any dealership no getting any of the deals or finance options i asked for and was lied to and told they were not available. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE . My first brand new car purchase experience was ruined thanks to this dealership.

    I thought I would give them a try again, back in 2013 I had a horrible experience, heard they changed but they have not. They are deceptive and bullies. This place does not deserve your business, take it elsewhere. The salesman was good, nice, however, the manager Mike Capo was terrible. I told the salesman I do not want the Care Package (1,000), the manager comes in with options, never went over the details, I asked the salesman why is the price a 1K higher, that's the care package, said I don't want it, he said it would be removed, did the paperwork, made changes, etc. When we came back to the SUV, the manager tried to bully us and got aggressive trying to tell me we had an agreement, no we did not. They would not sell me the SUV because I would not purchase Care Package - what a waste of time and deceptive sale practice, they have a right not to sell and we have a right not to buy but how they treated us is totally unprofessional. UPDATE: Kevin called me, he is the Executive Manager of the company, we had a nice conversation, I appreciate him taking the time out of his day to address my situation. They explained on deep discounts that they have a care package on all those cars. Even though I said from the beginning I do not want the care package, if it was explained that it was part of the deal we could have possibly made an agreement. How it was previously done made it looks deceptive. Regardless of 12K discount on a 2019 SUV, good trade, etc does not grant one to presume one must buy a package. He said he cannot have that on the website but its part of the process, if it is part of process why make it an option? This is why I said its deceptive. However, nice guy, sounds very sincere and dedicated to give great service to his customers. He did offer to split the cost of package, but I am getting my car repaired so we could not make a deal but very happy that he tried to make a deal and that makes a good experience for me.

    I had found a vehicle online at modern Nissan of Concord, but when I arrived they had told me that there was some problems with it. I had a specific year, make, model, and features that I wanted, as well as a specific color. Unfortunately, they could not accommodate me with a car on the lot. I did test drive a different color and we are working on a deal when the manager found the exact color I wanted in Raleigh. They honored the price that they were going to give me for the car on the lot, and drove to Raleigh the next day to pick up the vehicle. By far one of the best experiences I've ever had and purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Robert for all you did!

    Hung up on service person because she was being very rude and unwilling to listen to me. She wrote my number down and did a retaliation call. When dealing with Nissan apparently your information can be used by the employees any way they wish. Found out she is a call center worker and not in the physical office.

    I recently had a service appointment for oil change and this is my first time going with modern Nissan. I don’t know what exactly happened, but I had to wait for more than 2 hrs to get my car back. Seriously? 2 hours for oil change that too after having an appointment. I wonder how many days I need to wait if I get a full service with you guys.

    My car was towed in and it was not worked on immediately even though I had an appointment because the tech apparently had an emergency. After not hearing anything from you I called and that’s what I was told. They had not even looked at my car. Parts needed to be ordered that took a day. So once those parts come in the worked on it sad the next day and I didn’t get it back until the day after that! I also had to call again to ask what was wrong with it, when I would get it back, and how much all of the repairs cost. I was told an amount of 4 something. When I go to pick it up they tried to charge me double!! He figured out whatever and took whatever extra he added into the quote that I was given.

    During my recent service visit, my experience was... I was very impressed because I came in for brakes and oil change. I received a call later and was informed I did not need brakes at this time. I will tell you I have never had a Dealer tell me I did not need something. They replaced what I needed and washed my car before I picked it up.     I met Jonathan Cobb 2 years ago when I was car shopping to replace my Sentra, not only was he was extremely friendly, he was more than competent, but above all else he was honest and helpful.     Fantastic experience all around working with Modern Concord. Every person I worked with was courteous, friendly, professional, and truly focused on my satisfaction and earning my business as a customer (Staci in internet leads, Robert in sales, Mike in sales management, and Mike in finance). The deal was worked out quickly via phone and text, including a blind evaluation of a trade. There was none of the typical hard sales tactics and gamesmanship, which I truly appreciated. I did a lot of research beforehand, and knew exactly where I needed the numbers to be to make the deal work for me. Mike presented an aggressive initial offer, I countered with my true bottom line, and he met it. Truly the way a negotiation should work, but very few dealerships operate with such honesty. Beat two other dealers closer to me by a few thousand dollars with a much easier negotiation process. The process with Mike in finance was just as smooth, not pushing hard sales on protection plans and offering extremely aggressive pricing on the plans that he did offer. Modern wants to earn customers by doing business the right way, and they’ve earned mine, as well as future referrals.

    I went in for an oil change, lightbulb changes and inspection. When I left my rear gate would not open. One of the bulbs changed was above the rear license plate, so I thought a wire had loosened during that process. I drove right back to Nissan. Heath went above and beyond trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Turns out the computer module that operates that system no longer works. We are now in the process of trying to find a used part so that I don’t have to pay full price for a new one - the car has 125,000 miles. That he even offered that option was so impressive to me and I am so grateful. It shows how much they care about their customers. It’s possible I will end up paying full price if we cannot locate one used and I do need access to my trunk, but I’m grateful for the option.

    This is the best experience I had buying a car in my life. I was trying to decide between Honda and Toyota. My husband got his new truck from here and I wanted to check it out for myself. Nigel helped my husband so that’s who I wanted to work with. Nigel was great from start to finish. He was concise about the Rouge I told him what I wanted he looked up different models for me and even drove to Hickory NC to get the color that I wanted. Everything went smoothly I got the Rogue I wanted at the price I wanted to fit my budget. Mike was awesome as well, great personality got the deal I needed done fast ! And I closed out with Pierre who handled the paperwork and warranty. All these guys were pleasant and great in service. Like I said this was the best experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed. I love my new ride !

    I made an appointment to get my car service. The oil change was OK. I asked them to check all the fluids in the car, which they did. I also mention my key will not stay in the slot to charge….nothing happened. I waited for 2 1/2 hours almost and the only thing that was done was the oil change. THe guy that check me out told me nothing he just handed me the invoice which I paid and left. I mentioned checking the fluids I would’ve at least thought they would’ve come and asked me if I would like for them to fill it for me. I also had my tires rotated with the oil change. I knew there was a screw in one of the tires. They just rotated the tires with the screw still in one of them just in a different location now of the car. They had to have seen it and mentioned nothing about patching it for me. I would’ve appreciated if things on my car needs service or attention brought to that they would have mentioned it but they didn’t do nothing but what I actually asked for. I expected more!!!

    Second time I've visited this dealer. Each time was to look at a specific truck I was very interested in. Couldn't get help the first go around and this last time I actually got help but only for him to tell me how bad of an idea it was to try and purchase this truck. The first visit resulted in me going to Tim Marburger to purchase my new truck and looks like history will repeat itself. Shame on me for allowing them another chance but it was a nice truck. Definitely would not recommend this dealer.

    I called at 7 pm on Friday, gave a stock number for a specific car and was told it was there. I made an appointment for 10 am to test drive the vehicle the next day and explained I would be driving over 2 hours to make this happen. I head out at 7:30 am to ensure I arrive on time. When I got there, not only was the car not there, it was sold the night before. No one bothered to call me to let me know the night before AND tried to pull a different car up and say “here it is, who’s the lucky guy who’s test driving it”. Hello, bait and switch much? All I was offered for my troubles in response was “Sorry about that, bud”. Super professional, let me tell you. Pretty sure the 5 star reviews on here were paid for.

    I had Sales Specialist Jamaul Godfrey he was not like other Salesmen I have came in contact with. He was not at all pushy, asked me what features or etc. I was wanting in my vehicle took his time with me. Told me will not do any paperwork with me until I have decided what I wanted.     Review regarding Service dept. Not sales. Service managers are professional but technicians are shady. I went in for a recall on my headlights for my altima. Over the years I have had a few recall repairs and while still under warranty the service was better but now its is "ok". I pick my car up and an airbag alarm was on and it wasnt on when I dropped it off. I still havent heard anything regarding the headlights and its been over a month. When I called I was told by an Annette that the settlement is not "settled" and they will not fix it until they are sent the actual headights". So overall I feel that if your under warranty service may be better service but if not? Its not And service is shady.Go but beware.

    Bought my Murano in Nov 2020. All was great until couple months later , I kept heard a strange noise coming from the rear. Took it there, service manager, I guess he was, glasses with reddish/blonde hair told me he couldn’t hear it and he would have to pay his guys to find it. Yea, HIS guys. This man didn’t care if the car blew up. Bad attitude. Took it to Rock Hill Nissan….guess what! The rest diff was going out and was not in good condition at all. New one replaced. My Murano has been great since. So! I give a big F for the service Dept. I will NOT go back!!!

    I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and transmission flush since my truck is not shifting correctly. I asked what other service I was due for and was told "a lot but we don't have time". After waiting onsite for three hours they only did an oil change. He said the transmission flush wasn't needed. I know the difference between a truck shifting correctly and not shifting correctly but the warranty is almost up so I suppose if you keep playing dumb you won't have to fix it. The transmission has been malfunctioning since 60,000 miles and the last time I brought it in they changed the fluid and it worked for about 10,000 miles. From what I remember it took about six hours. Maybe when people schedule appointments for service you could tell them you only do oil changes on saturday since the mechanics only work monday through friday (which I was told after I wasted three hours for an oil change.

    I just got back from Modern Nissan, it's Friday the 13 so I was going to cancel my appointment but I Soldiered on 🪖 First off I picked this Dealership beacuse I called the two others and they were over priced, one refused to change my brakes without changing the Rotors, that's over a two hundred dollar 💸 difference; I ain't no mouse but I love my Cheddar 🧀. Modern Nissan quoted me lower that two other Nissan Dealers in the Area, then came in under the quoted price then I got 25 Dollars off for signing up for Nissan Rewards. I was given a 2 hour time period, they completed my joint in less than an hour an 10 minutes and that's with a Complentary Wash. Honestly when they quoted me below everyone else, I thought that place was going to be raggedy, but it's nice. I ain't see 👀 no vending machines though, but there's a Walmart and bunch of other Store and Restaurants so you won't even mind the wait. My Day started off rough beacuse Food Lion sold me some Bad Kombucha, but shout out to Mike for taking good care of me, and turning my Day around.

    Taking my Certified 2017 Nissan Altima back in for repair for the second time in 3 months. First time, there were pieces missing underneath the car, an undercover shield and a splash shield This caused some problems to the tune of about $1000. My cost was going to be about $400. I had purchased an extended warranty for the vehicle. The salesperson misrepresented the warranty as a worry free, you dont pay nothing warranty. That was not the truth by a long shot. But I am stuck. Now my steering rack has to be replaced. It is currently sitting at a nissan dealership waiting on the steering rack. Its going to be a couple weeks before I see the car again. I havent owned the car a year yet. This is the most disappointing vehicle purchase I have ever made in my life. To the dealerships credit, the used car manager called me when I was going through the first problem. He said those things should have been caught during the inspection of the vehicle before the sale. He read the reports, gathered the information and agreed to pay my part of the bill. I appreciate him stepping up and doing the right thing. The warranty I bought with the car should pay for the steering rack. I will still have to pay for the diagnostic. I wish the dealership would buy this car back from me…just give me my down payment I made and let me walk away from this mess. But life doesnt work that way at car dealerships. You just go in hoping for the best and then see what happens.

    Great to see that they are taking precautions due to covid19 for the customers. They were all wearing masks and had plexiglass barriers up on counters. They also had a staff member spray each seat and surface and put up placards for which seats were sanitized. Great job guys! Got the state inspection done for my car here. Went smoothly although they did make me wait for an hour even though I had made an appointment. If you buy a car from them they do free State inspection for life. Great perk of buying cars from here. I recommend this dealership.

    I just purchased a new vehicle from Modern Nissan of Concord. The entire experience from the greeting through driving off the lot was exceptional! Our salesman Gil was very informative but not pushy. I do not like going into the finance office just because it always seems you walk out not knowing what you added on. But even the finance office was a pleasant experience and Michael went over everything we were purchasing and respected what we didn't want to add on.     The sales representative Eli was amazing. He did everything he could to make sure we found what we were looking for, and explained everything that the dealership included with a new vehicle. The sales manager however would not come down on the price of my vehicle. I paid almost $4,000 over MSRP which is ridiculous. He wouldn’t negotiate to meet my financial liking which made experience terrible. My bank actually told the manager they wouldn’t approve my loan because it was over 110% of the MSRP.

    What a wonderful dealership. This is our second vehicle from Modern Nissan of Concord and both experiences were wonderful. Our most recent vehicle was sold to us by Jon Morales and I highly recommend you go see him if you are in the market for a new vehicle. The entire process was wonderful and stress free. We went in to buy out our lease on our Pathfinder and ended up driving out in a brand new fully loaded Titan Pro-4x. We were provided with straight forward information and numbers and not once did we feel pressured. The whole process was enjoyable and Jon did a great job. If you need servicing, ask for Mike Redwine. Mike is great to work with and very knowledgeable and extremely honest. Will not push services not needed and will guide you in the right direction.     This was a good experience Doug is a great guy, and the manager was very helpful in getting me a deal. However I can't give 5 stars due to the finance guy trying to fast talk me into something not necessary to our deal. Due to this he came off as a very dishonest person.

    It was the best car buying experience i ever had. IM 63 years old and am disabled. So being able to buy a car from my living room on the phone was especially nice. The car was delivered same day 3 hours later. Eli Garcia ,the salesman ,was excellent . He was well mannered, very knowledgeable and just a personable guy.     I was able to to lease a new Nissan Titan with my trade, and very little money down in a matter of within one hour over the phone with help from Tracy. Everyone was very professional, and helpful getting me down to the affordable payment that I was comfortable with. Our salesman Gil Bracy was exceptional.     I was pleasantly greeted by my service rep, Taylor. He was very friendly and courteous. I explained what I needed to be done and he got on it right away. He signed me up for a rewards with the dealership and gave me a discount for the first service. The waiting lounge is spacious and clean. I plan on coming back for my future services. The only thing I would mention to make improvements on is to keep clients updated every so often. Also while checking out, a detailed explanation of the invoice and the return date for the next service would be appreciated. Other than that, everything was top notch! Wait time with an appointment was 1.5 hours.

    They were very nice, but I ONLY asked for an oil change. They told me I needed a tire rotation and alignment and I said I will take care of it but just not today. They said okay just make sure you do, I said I will. Instead of letting me taking care of it they decide to do it anyways. After I told them not to. Bringing my bill up $40. This also is not the first time this is happened, I just caught it the first time because it was taking way longer than it should have.

    Beautiful car and really nice sales person but felt disrespected upon speaking with the sales manager when discussing the list price of the car. His focus was on my ability to afford the vehicle at the current list price and the legitimacy of my bank where I was pre-approved for a lot more then list price. He hadn't heard of the bank before (which is located in another city) and assumed it didn't exist. He also stated that "not everyone can afford this type of car". We ended up purchasing the same make, model, year and similar mileage with the same features and price at another dealership.

    We came for an 8:30 appointment and I asked my husband to come with us as we have a 1 year old who we choose to keep contained during COVID-19. When arriving, I was told that my alignment was off and I needed a few other things done. I swapped places with my husband so he could decide what was necessary and the service manager told him we could pick the car up later. I came back to find out the reason why we couldn’t get the car serviced at our appointment time and why we had to wait. He informed me I “needed to calm down”. I asked for my keys back as I would have preferred to pay anyone else who would have respected and appreciated our business. The manager told me since I was leaving I didn’t get an appointment. I explained him I was waiting in our second car so our 1 year old wasn’t sitting outside in the heat. After 45 minutes my car was still waiting to be serviced and it took two hours for an oil change. This is not my first incident and I honestly wish I would have read reviews on this dealership prior to purchasing. I have no intention of returning to this dealership unless absolutely necessary.

    Since they got my lost post deleted, we will continue to create bad reviews based upon our experience over the weekend. We were well warned against coming here to look at cars, but I went anyways. This was the equivalent of entering into the twilight zone compared to other dealerships. We were on the lot at least 20 minutes with zero help( crazy right, seeing as how you are normally swarmed ) I had to cal inside to get help. The salesmen had the personality of a piece of cardboard. It was the single most awkward experience I have ever had. The sales manager. Blatantly lied about my credit score to try to get me on higher interest ( I was pre-approved before going) and then made me so uncomfortable over the price of a 22k car saying it was too luxurious. I have never wanted to burst out laughing so bad in my life. They acted so offended by the fact that I could do simple math, and didn’t fall into their trap. I wouldn’t advise my worst enemy to go to this lot. It was mind blowing that I had to search for help while all their salesmen sat around on Facebook and tik tok. I went down the road to their competitor and was given the royal treatment, and made the deal. Wouldn’t advise my worst enemy to go here.

    I came in for an emissions test but I told the serviceman that one of my tires seems to be low on pressure every month or so and he indicated they would check it out. I waited on my car and was told that there was one car ahead of me and I was advised that I did have a nail in my tire that they were able to fix at no cost!

    One of the best things about buying a car through Modern Nissan is that they have one of the best Service departments I can ever remember dealing with. They have a great team.     We bought a CPO 2018 Nissan Rogue SL through AAA. It was delivered but had a smoke/musky smell. Modern came and picked the car back up, tried to detail it and bomb the car to rid the car of the smell. It was delivered back to us and ultimately the smell still lingered even after a couple of weeks of driving it. It actually returned to the original smell. Due to this we worked out a deal to where Modern took the car back and we ended up with a 2021 Nissan Rogue SL. Much better car, great improvements on the design and ride quality as well by Nissan. We are grateful for Modern for being understanding and didn't try to rip us off thousands of dollars by taking the car back.

    Modern Nissan allowed me to come in and get an oil change the same morning that I called. The representative that assisted me was very helpful and gave me advice on a future service that I would be needing. He didn't make me feel as though they were trying to get over on me to get unnecessary work done like some dealerships/service departments have done in the past. I was out within an hour!!

    Came back to buy 2nd car from Eli because he was great to us the first time and will always try to come to him. He had to hand us off to Cynthia due to being with 2 other customers she was perfect. I will definitely be back for my 3rd vehicle for my wife soon thanks to Eli and Cynthia. Two great sales people.
