Very happy with the product and service that I received from Superior Fence. From the first time I contacted them until today they have been very transparent about timeline, product, and price. While they weren't the cheapest option they did offer Superior customer support and a Superior product/warranty. All the Vinyl is made in the United States, which is important to me. From estimate, to scheduling and install Superior did a great job of keeping me informed and reaching out to get all required documents for permitting, and then doing an awesome job installing the fence on property. Juan, Chad, Eric, and Nolan were my install team and they were awesome! They worked hard and got the job done in 1 day, they answered any and all questions I had for them, cleaned up after the job, I cant saw enough about how great these 4 did. The fence looks amazing and I'm very happy with the entire process! Would definitely recommend Superior Fence & Rail to anyone looking for a great product and great customer support.

We love our new vinyl fence. Everyone was professional and courteous from the sales staff to the installers. Our installers, Tim and Logan, worked hard and did a wonderful job. They even worked in the rain for a couple hours to finish the install. I would highly recommend Superior Fence and Rail.

I was out of town when I contacted Superior Fence. I called and talked to the office and they were able to schedule an estimator out to the property. He called promptly to confirm the appointment. I was not there when he arrived but as soon as he got there he called and we discussed the project. He was knowledgeable and understood perfectly what I needed. Not more than an hour after leaving the property I had a layout and estimate for 3 different types of fencing emailed to me. I accepted the one estimate which was lower then a competitor. They told me it would be 8 weeks till I was able to get it installed but I mentioned I really needed it sooner. It was 3 weeks later and the fence was installed. The installer did the best job I could have ever expected. Usually when dealing with contractors they always leave things for me to clean up. But not with Superior Fence the only thing left behind was my beautiful fence that looked like it was there forever. From start to finish Superior Fence was the most professional and committed to customer satisfaction I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend them for any of your fencing jobs. They are so professional from the sales team, contract and scheduling coordinator, to the installation team. The installation team came and started setting up on time. They introduced themselves and went over the whole project with me. They included me throughout the whole instal process and were very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. My installation team of Juan, Chad, and Eric did such an amazing job! I really can't thank them enough for how well everything turned out. They cleaned up well after themselves and were very informative and nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality fence system.

Each and every person that we dealt with on our fence installation was professional. They handled all aspects of our fence installation from the layout, through HOA approval and permitting, and installation. We are very happy with our fence installation. Chris and Logan did a terrific job! They worked hard locating our property pins and addressing all of our questions along the way, while doing a job we are very pleased with. The fence looks great and I am sure that it will serve us well for years to come. They also cleaned up everything after they were done.

From day one, Superior Fence and Rail was very responsive and professional. The fence installers/technicians (Chris and Riley) were prompt, hardworking and so respectful that my husband wanted to adopt them :). All in all a beautiful job! Had an old wooden fence removed and a new vinyl fence installed. Turned out great. Brian was friendly and knowledgeable and the installation staff were thorough and speedy. Job start to finish was only 7 hours, it would have probably taken me and my closest 3 friends 7 weeks. Not cheap, but nothing worth doing ever is.

Superior Fence installed our 4 foot fence 3 years ago and we were happy with their work. When we needed a 6 foot fence, we knew they would be our first call. As usual, they were a pleasure to work with! The take down of the old fence and the new fence installation was complete in just 6 hours. They completely transformed our backyard and made it safe for our wild pups.

I had a great experience with Superior Fence & Rail. From the beginning, I was given an installation time frame and installation occurred during that time. The fence technicians/installers, Tyler and Chad, showed up at the time I was told they would be here and they were both extremely helpful (made sure I was good with the positioning of the fence and how they would be installing it) and very courteous. They did a wonderful job. Andrea and Kat were in contact with me with timing updates and additional information. Just an all around pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend them for any fencing needs.

I was happy with this company from start to finish. I got three quotes and not only were they the lowest, I worked with a man named David Irwin, who came out to the house to measure and was so nice and so professional, it was an easy yes. The ladies who answer the phones and take care of "us" and take care of payments were outstanding. My fence is beautiful and the installation was seamless. Truly, you couldn't find a better fence company to install your fence!!

Superior Fence and Rail did a great job from start to finish. Our estimator/salesperson David Irwin was very knowledgeable, personable, and reliable. He was incredibly helpful. The office staff is super organized. Bonnie and Kat walked us through every step, kept us in the loop, and made the process a breeze. The installation crew did a great job communicating with us and installing the fence. We called several companies before choosing Superior, but chose Superior because they proved to be great communicators, reliable, professional, organized, showed up when they said they would, and did what they said they would. This process could have been challenging, but the staff at Superior made everything go very smoothly. We love our new fence and highly recommend superior fence and rail.

We could not have been happier with our experience with Superior Fence & Rail. From our estimate with James, to the install of our vinyl privacy fence, we were beyond impressed with the attention to detail and great customer service we received. James our estimator was on time and very professional and informative and got us our estimate very quickly. We got our quote in mid December and were told we would have our install in approximately 6-8 weeks to allow for permitting and materials to be obtained. Kat, the scheduling coordinator was always in communication with us and kept us up to date as we approached and scheduled our install. We were given lots of helpful information to prepare for our property for the installation day. The day of the install we could not believe what a thorough and excellent job our crew did on our fence. They arrived on time, got right to work removing our old chain link fence and installed our vinyl privacy fence all in the same day. Our inspection was completed and was passed just 2 days later. Superior Fence & Rail is one of the few companies in recent years that we’ve worked with that we would recommend to our friends and family without hesitation.

Mauricio and Chad came out to do our install. They were both very curteous and respectful towards us during the entire day. Superior fence was able to get our install done weeks ahead of schedule. If we have any fencing needs, we will only use Superior Fence & Rail.

I was put into contact with this company through Home Depot...The communication was incredible! Kat kept us up to date on all aspects of the process...Tim and Chad did the installation and made sure it met all our expectations. I will definitely use them again for any future fence needs.

I’m sooo impressed with this company. Communication was fantastic, they were transparent with their timelines, cost and expectations. They showed up on time and we’re done in just a few hours. I was blown away. They needed to re-pour some concrete due to results of the city inspection and were here to do that, that best day.

I had my fence installed and the back gate wasn't working the way I needed it. Shane came out and agreed. He measured and decided we needed to move the gate . He ordered the replacement for me and said the office would contact me when it was ready to set a time to install. A few months went by. I called in and they told me I was on the list. That was weeks ago. Shane reached out to me today and asked if it was installed.. I told him it wasn't. He was so helpful and checked on it for me to see why. He called me back and apologized and sent of of his installers out right away to fix the fence. Honestly if it wasn't for Shane I wouldn't have given 5 stars. He's such an asset and you're very fortunate to have him working for you. I'm also in sales and follow up with clients is of utmost importance. I have another repair that needs to be done. Hoping the office will follow up in a timely manner. Will recommend Shane and Superior Fence

Hunter Nolan was so professional and kind when installing our fence. He did a pre and post walk and answered all my questions. He did a great job installing the fence level with my unlevel lawn.

I first had Superior fence install my vinyl fence through Lowe's. I wanted to add another gate and didn't even hesitate to call them back. Their service is impeccable. They are on Time professional and do follow-up. In the past two years with my fence they've come out to adjust my gate for me with no questions asked. And installing this new door they were on time as promised.

Good experience with a good company. From sales to install and follow-up, everything was done to my high standards. I watched and asked for certain things to be done as I would do them, and the crew supervisor executed my requests satisfactorily. I do recommend Superior Fence and Rail.

I was very pleased with Superior Fence and Rail. Tim and Riley showed up on time prepared to get to work right away. They worked essentially all day and got the job done in one day as promised. My sprinkler system came on and drenched them, which I feel terrible about, but they didn’t skip and beat and worked right through it with great attitudes. Excellent firm. We were very pleased with the entire process from estimating to completing the job and getting the permit closed out. Highly recommend this firm! They even quickly came out and moved a piece of fencing that was not in the right location. Due to the prompt response, the moving of the section was easily done.

From start to finish the experience with the office staff and the install guys has been great. Juan and his guys did an excellent job installing my 6ft white vinyl fence. The fence is so straight and not wavy like some of the others in my neighborhood done by other companies. It makes all the difference in the world. Very impressed and happy.

From sales, office staff, installers to supervision, everyone was professional and friendly. Two people stood out as exceptional. Flacco, lead man on the installation team, trimmed back some branches that I didn't cut back far enough and made an excellent suggestion on the placement of a gate that was better then my original plan. Mark came out to address a question I had after installation. After addressing the question I was telling him about two minor projects I was doing next. He offered to dig a hole right then for one project and gave me some great suggestions on another. You have good service, a good product and great employees.

Highly recommend! I shopped around before coming to superior and wish I went straight to them and saved myself some time. Extremely professional, handled everything, on time and got my fence up in one day! They took care of the permitting, measurements, finding the underground utilities and setting up the follow up inspection. All I had to do was cut a check lol entore process took about 3 weeks and most of that time was just waiting for the county to approve the permit.

Replacing a fence is not necessarily as easy as it sounds especially as a hurricane approaches! These guys were exceptional in their level of care and follow through. Any issues were addressed promptly and they even replaced some gate ironware of their own accord when they surveyed to check work was up to par. I have no hesitation recommending this company and am very happy with my new fence
