Fifth Third Bank & ATM Colonial Blvd, Fort Myers

I went into this branch to deposit money into my sons savings account. I was told that my checking account qualified for an upgrade, and the teller asked if I wanted to make an appointment. Someone was supposed to call me last week Monday (10 days ago) for my appointment, and no one did. I have been trying to call the branch since then, but no one answers the phone. I’ve tried mornings and afternoons…nothing.

Customer service is awful, I understand you close at 5pm but if I make it in at 4:50pm you should still take my company's deposit and not tell me "you need to make it here earlier the vault it closed" I leave my office when I can to be here before 5pm for our deposits.

This bank rite here on Colonial. If you're black don't go here for a loan because I was told I was approve for the loan and about 2 days later all of that change then they ask me to feel out another application so they can put another hard count on my credit which I had a 786 score. I ended closing my account I would never do business with them again

Very rude no hello or anything it’s just do you have an account with us.. worst I’ve ever experienced got to do better with such a small bank customer service should be out the roof.

Let's just start with the front desk. They're constantly talking poorly and unprofessionally about the people coming through the drive through line and previous customers. I had been in there multiple times because I was renewing a car loan. I had everything they needed to do the car loan correctly. Given them everything and then some. They wasted my time on multiple occasions and my father's. They don't know what they are doing at this branch. It's like they are all new. Now I happily have a Suncoast.

I have been a customer for 15 years and have never met a man as rude and unprofessional as the manager at this location. If he can't fix the situation he lies or blames others.
