Rick Rosado was my outstanding service advisor. They put my car up hydraulic life and showed me my brakes and advised me. He saved me money and my brakes feel much better and I received excellent care and communication about my car.

Braxton is a gem. Not all heroes wear capes. He is so courteous and professional. Def assuages the anxiety one feels when you have to bring your car in unexpectedly.

Hyundai service department: Took my car in because it was under warranty and the check engine light was on. I asked when I dropped it off for an oil change and to have them check the tire pressure because I know the tires were low. The guy on the phone said “oh yeah, we do an inspection of your entire vehicle so they will check everything”. They gave me a new gas cap (engine light issue fixed) but no vehicle check. No oil change, tires still low. Integrity...none. Do what you say you’re going to do when you say you are going to do it! My wife brings in her Sonata because (under warranty) the oil light kept coming on. They had it half the day, called and said it was ready. She asked “did you test drive it to make sure?” They said “don’t worry it’s good. Drive it out of the service department and guess what? Oil light comes on. I would not go here for service unless it’s a warranty repair but even then good luck getting a resolution!

I was a first time buyer an went to almost every dealership in the lee county area with no help getting into a vehicle til I came into obrian! It was simple an hussle free thanks to my amazing salesman Zak! He was great an really helped with everything an got me into the car that I really wanted without breaking my budget! 10 out of 10! Already recommended to a few friends!

The worst service ever. The car was received in a filthy condition, apparently, mechanics never use any protective wear. Also, the passenger seat was put back all the way in an indication that someone was sleeping in the car overnight.

I just got back from being stationed overseas, I went in already knowing that I wanted a brand new CX-5. Jay was amazing helping me get the car that I wanted. Had a bad alternator installed twice at 2 other car repair garages, this was my third failure in a year so I went OEM. The part was on the east coast of Florida and they were able to get it overnighted and installed within 2 days. I was on vacation and without the vehicle but they were honest and fair on the pricing. They recommended tires but didnt pressure scare me into buying. Service Manager was accommodating and called to confirm all repair charges and pricing beforehand.

Had appointment. Was told I had a 2 1/2 HR. Wait. Why make an appointment when you can drive up and be taken without appointments.
