Deirdre was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our overall experience was fantastic. It took less than 3 weeks start to finish and she kept me in the loop every step of the way. I loved her so much that I have sent my mother to her to help with a refinance.

I am giving Superior CU a 5 star rating based on customer service and their willingness to help their customers. Ms. Su and Dhan are amazing staff at the credit union. So far it has been a great institution to do banking.

I am a Superior Credit Union member and specifically use the branch on Ludlow Avenue in Cincinnati. The number one reason I use this branch is because of the Branch Manager and the Mortgage Loan Officer, Deirdra Perkins. I have worked with Deirdra on three loans and her continued committment and consistent investment in her client's success while navigating the loan process is extrordinary. I have never felt like there was a "dumb" question or that I couldn't have the same thing explained to me more than once. If it mattered to me it matter to Deirdra.
