I didn't even realize Rob was the manager of the branch he is so humble, helpful, informative, and will go the extra mile to fix ANY problems you have. I love my bank Superior Credit Union but most of my specific branch because, between Ms. Glenda making me feel so special remembering my name, and AJ being so quick as well with my needs I know I'm not going to get that from any other branch!
