Super Pawn W 72nd Ave, Denver

I came here a while ago. They did not want to give me what I wanted for some nice coins but, they weren’t rude about it, as a matter of fact they were very professional and, had a good reason for their price. Most of these shops just hire people that would’ve been a better fit at McDonald’s. If you’re looking for professionalism, this is your place. Just showing the same courtesy would be my recommendation.

Pros: VERY cool people. When my bank account was hacked and frozen they gave me loan on an item. I dont "pawn shop" to often so I forgot all about it... For like 6 months. LOL SMH. When I came back in. My item was on the shelf for sale. I explained it just slipped my mind. The Lady was super cool about it and honored my loan, even tho I was at fault. Down side: They don't offer high value loans. It appears to be about 10% of the current value of the product. But TBH I think that's fair enough.

Best collection of tools I’ve ever seen in a pawn shop. There’s a whole aisle of just application-specific specialty auto tools, so you can certainly find whatever you’re looking for here.

Probably the worst pawn shop in America. I pawned my pistol there with no problems then went to pick it up and things couldn't have gone worse as I went to pay the employee decides to help the customer behind me because she had to contact the owner to verify a question she had and took several minutes and with the waiting I finally got my gun back and went home and got a phone call that the employee never finished the transaction and the owners wife blamed me the paying customer for the employees mistake then threatened to call the police saying I stole from them when they were in the wrong so I used my gas to go back and finish the transaction. Make sure you are on them if you go there they have no idea what they are doing not 1 professional works at super pawn

nice but offered me 10$ for a 300$ leather jacket. no rips no tears, no discolor, and a nice style. i know he cant sell it for that much but the other jackets that were there were around 80$. mine was nicer. cheap skate

Wow, the couple that owns this pawn shop are rude, and not worth a second of your time. If you have something valuable, take it somewhere else!!! This tacky pawn shop duo hit the all time low in my experience with pawn shops. That is messed up because I've had some bad experiences...I brought something in that is very valuable, and my in style. They looked right passed it, and I would have been a quick sales for them. They have nothing but old tools and 10 pieces of outdated jewellery. Yup

My experience was horrible the owner Richard and he’s wife they both lied to me about a a ruby diamond ring that I bought for a lot of money $$$ in there pawn shop with a price tag 🏷 that said real ruby and real diamond 14 k gold ring !!!! I never though the owner will lie about hes inventory and jewelry he sells specially with a high price range !! Anyways I can’t believe it happened to me, I got ripped off thinking it was a real ruby & real diamonds but it was the biggest fake ring !!! I doubled checked it with a actual license gemmist Never gave me my money back they have a policy for no returns n refunds ! I will never go back to there pawn shop all they care about is money 💰

I only came for a U-Haul and everything seemed to work out fine, that is, until there were issue that arose over a month later, well after I'd finished business. I'm not sure what happened or why there was fraud on my card, either way Uhaul is pointing fingers and I'm not sure who's at fault anymore because there's this bizarre radio silence between everyone. I really like the folks here but until the issue is resolved I can't justify 5 stars.

My husband bought a bluray player from here and it did not work. No big deal. Things happen. We took it back hoping to exchange for something that works. The owner was extremely rude and raised his voice at my husband insinuating that he was a liar but admitting that they never actually checked the device to make sure it worked when they purchased it originally. He told us to go home and get our personal power cord (this one didn't come with one) and come back the next day as he was shutting down early. After 3 trips to this place, he refunded HALF our money. So we essentially drove back and forth three times to give him free money in exchange for no goods or services.

Great folks. Helped out without trying to take advantage of folks in a time of need. They appreciate our Vets, and are nice people in general. I will only deal with this pawn shop in the future!
