I was approved online and I had to contact their office in Centennial CO. The lady working there was rude, in less than 1 minute she decided that she will deny my application. She sounded like she had no desire to even try to work with me

This place is extremely unresponsive, it seems they only have one loan officer and he's always on the phone. Ive been promised a call back multiple times and never received a call back. It surprises me how they even stay in business.

They were there to help me when I had a major plumbing issue. They were easy to work with and got me the money to me in a fast manner.

I was having problems getting locked out of my account and getting very frustrated. I called the office where I originally got the loan to help get online payment unlocked. They "fixed" it and 2 days later when I got paid, I tried to make payment and was locked out again. Out of frustration, I called this office to see if they could help me. I spoke with Denise who was an absolute ROCKSTAR! Not only was she able to get account unlocked, she made me so happy with her help, I just paid off the loan in full. I did not get her last name but because of Denise ,if i need a loan for anything, i am contacting this office and will work with Denise. Its rare to talk with someone on the phone who can put a smile on your face and who is willing to go above and beyond to help out so willingly. Thank you Denise, CHEERS!

Absolutely the worst. I called them several times about my loan application. First, they told me to call back to wait for my application to process. Second, I received a call. Couldn't answer because I was at work. Call them back. Lady told me that the another lady was going to help but was on a lunch break and she would call me back. Never received the call. Better off going to a Credit Union or anywhere else!

I get tons of junk mail from this company in my former surname. I left an abusive marriage 20 years ago and immediately reverted to my maiden name. Now imagine my horror when mail comes to my home in my former name.

I have worked with Denise twice now and each time she has been absolutely wonderful. She was very communicative and made the entire process easy. I didn't feel like she was trying to over sell me even once and she made a point to make me feel like I wasn't just another customer. The only reason I put four stars was the lack of communication with the lender I was going to use prior to requesting Denise.

I applied for a loan 5 days ago I have not heard from anyone. I call I have left messages. I finally got a hold of someone and I was told I would get a call back from the person working on my loan but no call not once but twice. Still as of today still no response. Very unprofessional and rude.

I am really happy with this team! Specifically the lady who helped me with my loan! Speedy application, quick responses and very professional. Thank you!
