    They are so, so slow. The last few times we have been here, they’ve only had 1 employee at the counter even though there is a line is 5 or more people. The other bank employees walk around and make eye contact with the people in line but don’t help. 20 minutes in line at the bank (45 for a notary service) is ridiculous.

    I have been with SunTrust this branch and Music Row branch over 20 years : in that time they provided stellar care when I had little money and the same care when I had enough. They helped our children learn money management and we're very helpful when they were away at college and military. It's the only Bank where one may develop a relationship with a real person and have access to them when questions or issues arise. To me this is far more important than latest greatest tech where you are merely an account number or worse part of an algorithm of transactions. To those complaining about lack of translators,perhaps call ahead on the 1-800 number and I promise they will accommodate you. Very friendly and professional.

    You would not cash a check written to me on your bank. Why wouldn’t you cash it? You wouldn’t cash it because I don’t have an account there. Shame. You wanted to charge me $7 to cash it. That sucks!

    I will start by saying I normally have great service from this branch. But today was not the case. I sat in line for 5 min to be told I had to wait on some other person to help me open a 3rd checking account. I have been a customer for over 20 years. I waited for 20 min and no one even approached me. I asked the teller if I needed to make an appointment or if I'd need to come back. Also that I'd be happy to make an appointment to open my account. Another teller running the window steps in to tell me they cant make me an appointment cause they run on walk ins. I said so I could wait an infinite amount of time for one of them to open. They state they are short staffed today and basically tell me to wait. I think it reasonable to have someone tell the persons having to wait that it could be hours. The person I was waiting on was having a full on personal chat with the person I was waiting behind. I didn't find it professional that we could A: hear their conversation and B: the personal conversation was the reason I was still sitting on the gray chair. Very unprofessional.

    I've been banking here for 15 years. They are always very friendly and helpful. One of my complaints in the past has been their banker hours, but they are now open Saturdays (9 to 1 pm). The etched sign on the door has not been updated. Works great now, as I don't have to use my lunch hour anymore.

    I have had phenomenal experiences working with Josh. He is extremely competent, professional, focused and friendly. I'm sure everyone in the branch is capable, but he is my go to man. As a CEO, he is exactly the kind of individual I would trust to run any one of my companies. Keep up the great service!

    Locked doors 2 minutes early today. Needed to deposit. You should err on customer side and close 2 minutes late.

    They charged me $7 to cash a check made out to me. What a rip off. They do it because they can.
