The customer service is horrible. The way Michael emails and talks to the agents he is working with is very unprofessional. This isn't the first transaction I closed with this company and the way he treats the agents is just rude. The only issue was his professionalism, no other transaction issues for him to be so rude. I hope I never have to send them another escrow to close.

Mike is a very good spirited guy. He helps with questions about his end of his title firm's paperwork and is very respectful and let's you know immediately if there are changes and what needs to be done.

They have a lot of work which is a good thing but makes some things more difficult than others.

This is the rudest title company I have ever dealt with. I called to check on my file to be argued with, yelled at and rudely hung up on. I am a paying customer and deserve to know the status of my file status. Customer service is not done by hanging up on customers! Also, don't lie to customers that staff are out of the office when they are there working. Called back five minutes later and the person was there and hadn't called in sick like I was told she was out sick.

Best and most efficient title agency in Zehphyrhills area. I have purchased 3 condos here and by far they are the most intelligent, honest, fast (as title searches go), thorough, cost efficient, professional, and friendly agency. They are good people who I felt well deserved my trust. I will continue to use them.
