Terrible! Premium Title Inc, with the address, phone number, and website listed here, not Premium Title Services, messed up my closing badly. First, they demanded tons of unnecessary red tape for things having no bearing on the chain of legal title. When I told them to simply focus on the chain of legal title and ignore everything that was irrelevant, they shut down the escrow saying they wouldn't work with us anymore. Then they badmouthed us to the buyers, who then backed out. If I could give them zero or negative stars, I would. Happy Ending We found another buyer who paid us even more for the property. We closed at another place in seven business days with NONE of the red tape Premium Title Inc.wanted us to do. Follow Up The owners of Premium Title Inc. have responded, claiming it was a different company who gave me such poor service, not theirs. BS! The company who messed up my closing was Premium Title Inc., with the same address, same phone number, and same website as was listed on Google, with Jeanie and Sharon as owners. I sent an email to premiumtitleinc, at the same email address they used to mess up my closing, pointing out the lies in their response to my original review. However, as of this edit, they continue to leave their deceptive response up in a desperate attempt deceive unwary consumers. Buyers and sellers -- beware of this place!

Premium Title did our by owner Mortgage for us 16 years ago. I have contacted them several times with in the 16 years with different issues. They answered my questions and solved my issues and took care of the details without charging me a fee for their work. The staff was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely refer them to anyone who is in need of Title work.

Jeanie and staff were extremely professional in executing my closing. They always answered my calls when I needed them and went above and beyond in keeping me on track, as well as responding in a timely manner. They were even ready for a closing appointment on short notice, which eased my anxiety as a first-time buyer. Jeanie is also friendly and although she’s done this many times, makes you feel special as a new home owner. Couldn’t recommend anyone better!
