Finished a closing here at Home/Land Title and I could not be more pleased. My brothers and I inherited land and a home after my mother passed, three years next month. I have had to use a lot of services. From a lawyer to probate the estate, to realtors to try and sell the home, to even another title company, which completely missed a closing date for me and then disappeared, not completeling the job at all. I wanted to buy the land from my brothers as it has been in the family for years. So after the charde with the last title company, I went to Home/Land. Tanya began researching the property when she found something my probate attorney missed. She was gracious enough to speak with him after I gave her permission and he is working on that problem now. Tiffany was my closer and even in this day of social distancing, did a great job. These two ladies have made a world of difference in my life to date. I don't say that lightly. Since my mother's passing, I have gone through so many so called professionals and every one of them have done a sub par job. It has literally been like fighting with 3 years olds on whose fault it is what and how wonderful they are. Not these ladies. They let their work speak for them. If you use any other title company besides Home/Land Title, I believe you will be making a big mistake. These ladies are the professionals.

They made the process of signing fast and easy. I think we only spent thirty minutes there which I don't even know if it was that long. The staff was extremely nice as well.
