Hi Camilo - I have discussed your feedback with our Coral Gables branch. It appears that you may have been parked in our parking lot while visiting another bank in the area. We understand that free parking in the Gables is hard to find, and in fact, we also have a very limited amount of parking available in our lot for our employees; with specifically reserved spaces just for our customers. However, as you will probably agree, it is difficult to talk about good customer service if a customer wants to visit a business and is unable to finding parking. Therefore, we do discourage non-customers that are visiting other businesses in the area from parking in our private parking lot. Our customer service staff monitors the parking to make sure that there are always parking spaces available for our valued customers. Nonetheless, we would love to meet with you and introduce you to all of our products and services, including our free parking and 'State of the Art' customer service.
