I have my home loan with HFC from 2014. I made an application for refinancing but everything was a lie. The customer services does not return email or calls and the broker SC is just as unresponsive as the CS is. I am not planning to have any other business with HFC. I DO NOT RECOMEND HFC for loan application. Please see other serious companies.

Lack of professionalism, uneducated loan officer louis figueroa does not even says hello or looks at your face when speaking to you, it will be nice if you leave some room to be humble. Not nice way to talk to customers at the end you are still a service provider.

Very informative and helpful, definitely a great experience that I encountered with Home Financing Center. I will definitely refer all my friends to this company for the great help that they were. Not sure as to why there are complaints on customer service because they were extremely helpful and intuitive with my needs.

For the second year in a row, Home Financing Center did not process my escrow payment for my homeowners insurance in time and my insurance lapsed. They told me not to worry, that my insurance policy had a "grace period" and the only reason my agent called me to notify me it had lapsed is because he wanted his "commission check". They have had the money for several months, my escrows are fully funded so apparently they are playing the float. They use a 3rd party to collect and direct the escrow information and received this information from them on December 8 but did not process my payment until December 28 and it did not arrive by the due date which was January 3. As of the 6th, it had still not arrived. The most insulting comment was that the payment may have been delayed due to the holidays which is beyond " HFC's control". It is called managing the business. Good rates, good service to get your loan but the support service leaves "a lot to be desired" and the owner is not at all responsive to clients complaints, she did not respond to a call or a letter sent to her office.

All your employees are very professional and efficient, but the experience and help I have received from one particular individual has changed my idea of the ideal professional/human resource/provider,, which is Monique Gibson. She represents Home Financing Center well.

I agree with the previous reviewer. My loan(s) have been with HFC since 2004. The Servicing Dept. is horrible- completely unresponsive. I would never consider HFC for a future purchase. They refuse to even acknowledge you. The operators of the main line won't give you direct phone number or email address. Just constantly transferred to a voicemail and ignored.

This company is very slow in doesn't do as they say. I do not recommend nobody to use home financing center for your mortgage or as you're refinancing option. In the pass month, two loan officer have resigned from the company. Which show a great deal of the company. Integrity and commitment to help the customers isn't there first priority. Find a mortgage /refinancing company that can help you with your needs and that you can trust..no just to help there pockets.

We have had the worst experience with this company. We were told all kind of lies over the phone that our mortgage application was pending and the underwriter was working on it by the loan manager and a VP of the company until we found out from the processor that there was no application existing at all. They said they would refund our application fee in an email, but never did. I have never experienced something like this before. Extremely disingenuous people. We ended up wasting a lot of money.

I'm very disappointed with this people. The way they managed my loan application was a total disaster. The lady in charge never answered; not only my calls, but the realtor or the saler neither. As soon as they got my bank account information, they took the money and I got no refund because at the end of the day; we never closed thanks to a ridiculous raise in the interest they offered me when we star the application. Please , get somebody else; I mean it. I regret not going with professionals in this matter.

Homeowner with a loan financed from home financing center. Tried talking to supervisor TERESA GRESS never could reach her. Left voicemails over a few months, left several messages with the assistant with my name, phone number & loan number & still no call back yet. Never been late on any payments. This place has the worst customer service i’ve seen from someone in a management position, especially Teresa Gress, when it comes to their loyal customers!
