I took a rolex that I had to try to sell because I needed the money. The first gentleman that was helping me was friendly. Then someone that had a thin build came in. I assumed he was the manager because it seemed like he has authority. Anyways, I found him to be rude and he was trying to imply that I was purposely trying to scam them into buying a fake rolex. I did not like the fact that for whatever reason, he assumed that I was trying to scam them. I find this type of behavior as unprofessional and uncalled for. He made some comment about me trying to scam others to buy a fake rolex if I took it anywhere else to sell. Because of him and his behavior, they have lost my business for life. Very unprofessional!

I've been coming to this shop since 2017 and they have really been helpful in times of financial help. I started off with small loans that seemed insulting for what I was putting on the table, but as time went on and I proved that always picked up and paid off my loans in a timely matter they began to trust me and gave me bigger loans. They store items well because I've never had any issues as far as missing or damaged components. I Highly recommend this place 👌

Pawn shop sucks family operated and too low pay for gold..will never go there again...

Kinda sucked because I didn't even get half of the Price of gold for a gram and half weight and yet I had to sign electronic and a contract that required me to sign twice,and safe to stay they made over 20+ dollars off of someone that was obviously in need ,of a little bit of cash for a little bit of gold,Im glad I didn't take in a significant amount of gold because they probably would have ripped me off severely,safe to say lesson learned won't ever go back there ever again.very disappointed

The store is fine but only the one new lady with glasses and straight hair she shouldn’t be there at all, very rude and disrespectful towards customer. They need to remove this type of people. I went before with some items and the other lady was very nice to tell me that my items aren’t gold but this new lady with bad look and bad attitude told me that items stinks and weren’t gold, come on there are better ways to treat a customer, not recommended at all

And I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.... They are very rude and they lie to cover each others back I called to speak with the owner two different people on two different phone calls told me that the owner was not available I told them fine I will call the Better Business Bureau within 10 minutes I get a call back trying to resolve the problem from the owner who has been there the entire time they are crooks thieves liars and no good

Over price items and only wanted to give us $50 bucks for a $900 ring...
