Terrible experience. Was approved for 75 dollars they wanted 350 back! I had family emergency and they way they spoke was horrible I had called to explain I couldn’t make the payment. She harrasssed my sister came to my door and tried to belittle me every way possible. Would avoid this place at all cost!!! Treat people very bad and unprofessional!

The staff is always professional. The young lady in the front is friendly every time I call. The manager and the other employee made me feel like family when I came in and told them I was having trouble paying due to Covid-19. They helped me get my account current and never made me feel bad or embarrassed that my payments were behind. Highly recommend. Will always do business with them.

They are good about making loans if you meet their income requirements, their office manager is pleasant and helpful, but their other staff and closure of loan procedures leave a lot to be desired. Once you pay off your loan it can take months to get your title back and is often at your expense.

They are very rude a disrespectful I had a very small loan with them and they wanted $90 month so that you be paying over your loan amount and if they get the chance they will HARASS you every chance they get with this company you will never be able to pay your loan off.
