They stole from me I came to pick up my pawn it wasn't in the original signed envelope the copy of my receipt was taped to the front of the envelope and it was tape closed the three items that I pawn were there but my necklace was missing the golden gold lock and stamp told the pawn shop owner and he just laughed he knows that I've been coming there for years but this year they started to steal I guess, he tried to overcharge me trying to keep my change but I calculated it and he gave me my change then he opened or it was about to open it like it was sealed but I said let me open it it was never sealed it was just taped and the items was missing I didn't call the police because I never took a picture of the item before I pointed at the shop that day to prove what I had given them after a Stern talking to I left because I do have another pawn there that I will be bring home soon hopefully they didn't take anything from that but I guess we'll see they have lost face with me no honor

Very rude. I called to ask them a quick question over the phone, just to make sure it's worth the trip down to the store. And the person picked up the phone answered ,"no" and QUICKLY hung up the phone on me.. Yea, it's a quick question but I mean common. You own a business, how can u just hang up on someone like that...
