Not only was the interest rate at least a percent lower, the service was lightning fast! Never, did I wait more than an hour for a response and usually less than an hour. The bank would take days and then follow up and nag me when I didn't respond immediately. Sunny Financial's online systems are current and very easy to use. That was another problem with Chase Bank. Their documents were well hidden. If you need a loan, there is no reason to use anyone but Brian Cooke! His service is absolutely unequaled!

Robert Coffey is the best lender you could ever want or need for your home needs. He always provided the best friendly service. He was always there when I had a question or needed anything. Robbie Keach knows his stuff. He refinanced our townhome at 2.875% allowing us to keep it as a rental property and pocket a nice monthly profit. More recently he reached and let me know I needed to get my loan rate locked on our new build. A month later rates jumped almost a full percentage point! Robbie has saved us thousands.
