Sunmark Credit Union Saratoga Rd, Glenville

I’ve heard nothing but good things about Sunmark so I decided to get an account. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! Answered all my questions about how credit unions work and Joshua Kelley was personable and understanding. 😊

We were provided excellent customer service from the manager David Ross. He was very cautious and extremely helpful to us.

I have been a Sunmark member since I was 17 years old. I have always had an above average experience with them regardless of my banking needs. Since I have been dealing with the Glenville branch I have been nothing but impressed. Ashley in particular has been exceptional. Having my mortgage, car loans and all my financial needs handled by one place that I can trust and count on makes it easier to sleep at night. I have been a satisfied member for many years, but I use the Glenville branch because of Ashley working there. I know that whatever I need she will handle it professionally and in a very timely manor.

David Ross was super professional and made sure I was able to get the best rates possible, even went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Sunmark is a great bank and myself having minimal credit history, was able to approve me for multiple things and knock down my rates

This credit union has been great to my wife and I since the very beginning!! Waseem Samuel has personally guided the two of us along the way over the past 3.5 years. He has helped educate both of us on how to build our credit from the 500's to the point where we are both able to walk in the bank and get vehicle loans. We are both up almost 200 points!!! Mr. Samuel has helped us get credit cards and consistently led us towards credit limit increases that we never thought possible. We will be purchasing our first home with Mr. Samuel and inviting him over for our house warming dinner as he is not only our banker but has also become our friend!!

I have been a customer with sunmark for many years and there service keeps getting better and better. I have within the last 6 months refinanced my cars and just recently refinanced my RV. Once again you did not fail me. I worked with David Ocasio Ross and Josh (I'm sorry I don't know your last name) my questions answered right away and the process was done in a day. I am happy to say they are saving me about 170.00 dollars a month. I recommend all your banking needs and definitely get in touch with David Ocasio Ross.

Sunmark is a great bank, quick answers and great staff, I worked with David and he got everything done for me within a matter of hours rather than days or weeks like most other banks, I am a very happy customer and highly recommend the glenville location! I especially appreciate David’s ambition towards saving me money and making sure I knew every small detail so that I knew exactly what I was getting myself into!
