Sunflower Bank W Kansas Ave, Mcpherson

I am closing my account. Local branch and personnel offer very poor services. Has been my bank for over twenty years. I have had enough inconvenience. I would not recommend this bank for it's services for members. Sunflower Bank has a lot to learn about people and it's relationship's.

Terrific service Always welcomed by the employees and have made a true friendship with Narissa. She is always greeting me with a smile and always asks me how I’m doing and truly cares about my life outside of banking. Awesome person and better friend

Never ever go to this bank or branch!!!! They are Horrible to deal with and very unappreciative people. We closed our bank account over five years ago and we moved to open up another bank account and are unable to open up another account due to their negligence. They cannot find any past account at their office and they told me to call customer service so I did customer service cannot find anything so therefore I move and cannot have a bank until $10 is paid. I’m more than willing to pay it now but because they cannot find my account I can’t pay it! WTH this bank is a fing joke! I go here every day for work and the girls are always nice and professional to me and to other customers.

Been pretty happy with everything! Only thing I would say is, online banking is a little behind the times, it would be nicer if it had a user experience like Mint or other budgeting/ personal finance monitors!

Definitely recommend banking at sunflower bank in McPherson, KS. The girls there are great and so friendly. Customer service is top notch and they always do their best to take care of my needs! Narissa is the bomb.com! 😁

There was a rough patch but they have really pulled through recently. Sunflower doesnt have the greatest banking benefits around but its simple banking with great tellers.

Not impressed with the bank in general or the local branch. I started with Sunflower in college and had great experiences. But the last couple years, it seems like they have lost their customer friendly attitude.

Been banking here for 10 years now had the the branch manager call me to inform you that one of the tellers had complained about me I have changed nothing in 10 years and nor have I had any complaints in 10 years about me I will be going to Emprise bank.
