This is hands down the best pawn shop around. They are super friendly and helpful. They give reasonable offers on things you want to sell/pawn. Plus the things they have for sale are reasonable too. Hands down love this place

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and fair prices. Everyone was in a good mood, and I think the best thing is no one was pushy about making a sale. Elizabeth did an awesome job of helping me, and took plenty of time to answer all my questions. 10/10, will be visiting again soon!

Been doing business with this pawnshop for years and have always had very excellent customer service. When I would have troubles with the things I buy from them, they make it right quickly. Highly recommend this pawnshop over all the other ones in town.

Excellent customer service, and not afraid to make you a deal off the asking price. Danelle was a great rep and sold me a great set up for smith and wesson collection.

I had purchased and traded items here in the past. Today I went to look at guitars. I plugged in a couple different ones played a few chords. Then one caught my eye so I got it down. Price tag said 949.99. noticed it was a very nice instrument with a member of Metallica's name on it. I no sooner sat dn and a employee comes over and goes off on me for having it. We don't play with that he says it's a 2000$ guitar. I said ok but it's 949.00 and he won't stop. See the sign he says very rudely. I honestly didn't or I wouldn't have touched it. Then the manager starts in on me. I'm like OKAY CHILL. But he is also very rude. I really didn't understand why they went off. I'm not an irresponsible 62 yr old with no money. I'll never go in there again and I won't be giving recommendations for anyone else to. Just so happened I had 1500 in my pocket. Wish I'd have showed them.

Never had a problem with them. I brought some knives that I had no value or use for. And he gave me some cash for that. I can’t remember the owners name but he was a nice guy.

This pawn shop will rip you off! They don’t call you if anything happens to you and can’t make it in to get you’re items they don’t care about the public they are very greedy especially the manager! Did not try to help me in any way was very rude! I was willing to pay whatever they wanted to get my item! Basically threw me out the store! Don’t know the young manager but the old one was awesome.

There are sometimes in the day when a little voice says "stop there". My inner voice told me to stop at Sunset Pawn after work to see if they have trigger locks. We are licensing for foster care and they are a must have. Greatful for the understanding of our plight and how helpful the guys were. I was in and out in 5 minutes. They were understanding of my lack of knowledge and knew exactly what I was talking about. Thanks guys! I'll be back!

Put T.V. In Layaway picked it up and got home screen was cracked inside ! Believe me I thought I was screwed not so they were very nice about and offered a refund or another T.V. Will buy from them agian in the future would recommend them to anyone great bunch of guys and gals to deal with !!!
