I am so impressed with Suncoast One Title and especially the staff at the Sarasota office, David Russell and Lisa Mucciarone. A closing for our commercial building took place on 1.14.22. There was an inference from our Realtor that some changes in the buyer’s lending preference would lead to a delay in the closing date but David would not let that happen! His diligence to communication and action kept me calm and confident that the closing would be ‘on time’ and it was! I am more than delighted to have had the good sense to use Suncoast One Title after there were several thumbs up signs from my sister-in-law and a friend.
