We have used GIT for Two of our real estate transactions, They are the best and Jennifer was Awesome in both Closings. GIT work hard to get your needs satisfied. I would recommend them over anyone else, they have Two convenient locations, One in Manatee County and One in Sarasota.

We had two closings with Julianna when we sold two homes in early 2022. She would respond to my emails in the evening, return my phone calls after 5:30 p.m., was extremely quick to respond to any question I had, and answered them very professionally but was kindness and friendliness. I wish my husband and I had more properties to sell here in Florida because it was such a delight. We feel that we became friends during our time with her and we will sorely miss her as we move out of state.
